Es handelt sich um eine 3 Zimmerwohnung im Erdgeschoss. Das zu vermietende Zimmer hat 21m².
Wir haben die Wohnung neu gemietet und sie ist noch unmöbiliert. Wir möchten möglichst bald eine Küche anschaffen. Diese Kosten würden wir uns teilen. Die Wohnung
wurde komplett neu vom Vermieter renoviert und ist wie neu. Fußboden und Wände sind einwandfrei.
Die Kosten sind 200€ Kaltmiete plus 60€ Nebenkosten, die Wasser und Heizkosten beeinhalten. Es wird mit Gas geheizt. Strom, Internet und GEZ sind ebenfalls inklusive und werden unter uns gleich aufgeteilt.
Die Wohnung liegt mit 1,5km sehr nahe zur Uni. In 5 min Fußweg liegt die nächste Straßenbahn Linie S4, S1, S11, 2. Zukünftig ist Haltestelle Kongresszentrum auch nutzbar. In der Nähe sind viele Restaurants und auch das Kino Schauburg.
Wir sind beide Studenten am KIT und suchen eine/einen netten Mitbewohner/in, der/die eine ruhige und saubere Wohnungsatmosphäre bevorzugt. Wir würden eine längere Mietdauer bevorzugen.
