Die beiden Zimmer liegen in Richtung SW bzw. NO. Das größere in Richtung SW hat ca. 24 m2, das NO- Zimmer ca. 13 m2. Eines ist mit einem Holzparkett- das andere mit einem Linoleumparkettboden ausgestattet. Ich selbst habe meinen Hauptwohnsitz in Feldkirchen bei München und wohne im Allgemeinen 3 Tage unter der Woche im anderen Südwestzimmer. Die Wohnküche ist gut ausgestattet (inklusive Spül- und Waschmaschine), das Bad hat eine Badewanne mit Duschvorhang und ein Fenster. Die beiden Zimmer werden leer vermietet. Die SW -Zimmer haben eine Tür zum Balkon, der sehr groß ist. Die ganze Wohnung ist hell, sonnig und ruhig.
Am Hauptbahhof ist man zu Fuß in 12 Minuten. Alle alltagswichtigen Geschäfte sind ums Eck. Straßenbahnhaltestelle in 5 Minuten erreichbar.
Ich freue mich auf eine sympathische, berufstatige und zuverlässige Mitbewohnerin zwischen 28 und 65.
