Hallo Leute, ich biete mein Zimmer in einer schöne Studentenwohnung ab 01. Maerz 2019.
Es ist eine 2er WG im Dachgeschoss von einem Studentenhaus. Im Haus wohnen andere Studenten aus KIT und aus der Hochschule. Außerdem werden Kueche und Badenzimemr im Dachgeschoss nur mit einer andere Person geteilt.
Das Zimmer wird moebliert vermietet (Sofa, Schreibtisch, Bett und Schrank), Badenzimmer und Kueche sind renoviert worden und moebliert.
Miete beträgt 400€ warm inkl Nebenkosten (Heizung, Internet, Strom, usw)
Die Bahnhaltestelle ist in 7 Minuten zu erreichen und man faehrt 16-17 Minuten mit der Bahn bis KIT. Vor der Tuer gibt es ein Penny, DM und eine Baeckerei.
Meine Mitbewohnerin ist ein ehrlicher, netter und liebvoller Mensch. Im Haus wohnen auch andere Studenten aus verschiedene Laender mit denen man was unternehmen kann aber da im Dachgeschoss nur eine andere Person wohnt hat man auch Ruhe um zu lernen. Die sind auch sehr Liebvoll und nett.
