Hi,
da ich von August bis Oktober für ein Praktikum nach Berlin ziehen werde, wird mein Zimmer für 3 Monate frei. Das Zimmer ist komplett möbiliert mit Bett, Matratze, Couch, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank und einem kleinen TV-Tisch. Es ist etwa 20 qm groß, quadratisch geschnitten und liegt zum Hinterhof, weshalb es auch nie sonderlich laut wird, im Sommer kann man sehr gut mit offenem Fenster schlafen.
Since I will move to Berlin for an internship from August to October, my room will be free for 3 months. The room is completely furnished with a bed, mattress, couch, desk, wardrobe and a small TV table. It is about 20 sqm large, square-cut and lies to the backyard, which is why it never gets very loud, in summer you can sleep very well with an open window.
Unsere WG liegt direkt am Gutenbergplatz in der Weststadt. Dieser ist echt schön und es gibt nette Restaurants und Cafes. Direkt gegenüber ist ein Bäcker und ums Eck sind Supermarkt und die Bahnhaltestelle Schillerstraße. Innerhalb von 3-4 Gehminuten ist man auch an den Haltestellen Yorckstraße und Mühlburger Tor und kann vor dort Bahnen in alle Richtungen nehmen. Die Günther-Klotz Anlage ist auch nur wenige Gehminuten entfernt.
Zur Uni braucht man mit dem Rad knappe 10 Minuten, zur FH und PH sind es etwa 5 Minuten.
Our WG is located directly at the Gutenbergplatz in the Weststadt. This one is really nice and there are nice restaurants and cafes. Directly opposite is a bakery and around the corner are a supermarket and the tram stop Schillerstraße. Within 3-4 minutes on foot, you are also at the stops Yorckstraße and Mühlburger Tor and can take trains in all directions. The Günther-Klotz complex is also only a few minutes' walk away.
To the university it takes about 10 minutes by bike, to the FH and PH it takes about 5 minutes.
Deine Mitbewohner sind Robin und Valentin. Robin studiert an der FH Maschinenbau im Bachelor, geht gerne joggen und kocht auch gerne. Valentin studiert Informatik am KIT im Master, geht auch oft joggen und spielt gerne Squash.
Wir kochen abundan zusammen, spielen öfters Tischtennis an der Platte oder Dart an unserer WG-Scheibe. Trotz Männer-WG wird auch unser Putzplan gut eingehalten :)
Your roommates are Robin and Valentin. Robin studies mechanical engineering at the FH with a bachelor's degree, enjoys jogging and cooking. Valentin studies computer science at KIT in his master's degree, often goes jogging and likes to play squash.
We cook abundantly together, often play table tennis on the table or dart on our WG disc. In spite of the men's shared flat, our cleaning schedule is also well adhered to :)
Das Einzugs- und das Auszugsdatum sind einigermaßen flexibel, also sag uns einfach, wie es dir am besten passt. Wir freuen uns, von dir zu hören! :)
