Das freie Zimmer ist 13,5 qm groß und quadratisch geschnitten.
Es hat ein Fenster in Ost-Richtung, zum Garten raus und ist besonders vormittags sehr schön hell.
Im Zimmer ist ein Lattenrost mit Matratze, ein Tisch, ein kleines Wandbrett und Bretter in der Wand die als Schrank dienen. Ich würde gerne alle Möbel drin lassen, bin aber auch offen dafür sie wo anders unterzubringen.
The free room is 13.5 square meters and has a square shape. It has an east-facing window facing the garden and is very bright, especially in the morning.
In the room there is a slatted frame with a mattress, a table, a small wall board and boards in the wall that serve as a cupboard. I would like to leave all the furniture in, but I'm also open to put it somewhere else incase you want to bring your own.
Die Wohnung liegt in der Frankfurter Straße, in der Nähe des Aueparks. Sie ist sehr zentral und gut an den Nahverkehr angebunden. Die Bushaltestelle "Heinrich-Heine-Straße" und "Auestadion" sind zu Fuß gerade einmal 5 min entfernt.
Zum Einkaufen ist der Edeka auf gegenüberliegende Straßenseite sehr gelegen und ein Teegut ist auch nicht weit entfernt.
The apartment is located on Frankfurter Straße, near the Auepark. It is very central and well connected to local transport. The station "Heinrich-Heine-Straße" and "Auestadion" are just a 5-minute walk away.
For shopping, the Edeka is just right across the street and Teegut is also not far.
Wir, das sind Emma (23), Jule (23) und Frieda(25), leben seit zwei Jahren zusammen in dieser WG. Frieda wird bis Herbst aus Kassel wegziehen und sucht deshalb nach einer Person die in dem Zimmer zur Zwischenmiete wohnen möchte. Das Zimmer wird zum 01.06. frei bis mindestens Ende September 2024. Es wäre eventuell auch möglich den Zeitraum zu verlängern.
Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt und unkompliziert, sodass neben gemeinsamen Tee und Kaffeepausen jede trotzdem ihren eigenen Interessen nachgeht. Dennoch ist es uns wichtig dass wir ein offenes und sensibles Miteinander miteinander führen. Ein wichtiger Punkt für uns ist Sauberkeit in den Gemeinschaftsräumen.
Ansonsten studieren Emma und Jule beide, gehen gerne spazieren und zum Sport, treffen sich mit Freund*innen oder gehen Abends aus.
In our shared flat lives Emma (23), Jule (23) and Frieda (25) and we have been living together for two years. Frieda will be moving away from Kassel until fall and is therefore looking for someone who would like to live in the room as a sublet. The room will be available on June 1st until at least the end of September 2024. It might also be possible to extend the period.
Our shared flat life is very relaxed and uncomplicated, sometimes we like to have a tea or coffee break together, but still everyone is doing their own things. Nevertheless, it is important to us that we have an open and sensitive relationship with each other. An important point for us is cleanliness in the common areas. Otherwise, Emma and Jule both study, like to go for walks and do sports, meet up with friends or go out in the evening.
Die Wohnung ist klein, aber sehr gemütlich. Es gibt eine Küche mit einem Tisch, Platz zum Kochen und Schnippeln und ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne und Toilette. Einen Keller haben wir leider nicht, dafür einen großen Eingangsbereich, um Fahrräder abzustellen und einen wunderschönen großen Gemeinschaftgarten.

The apartment is small but very cozy. There is a kitchen with a table, space for cooking and a bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. Unfortunately we don't have a cellar, but we do have a large entrance area to park bicycles and a beautiful, large community garden.
Here are the rental costs again: €225.22 warm including hot water, heating, electricity, GEZ
Plus €10 internet per month and
€380 deposit.
