We are a family with a 16-year-old son. We live in a suburb of Frankfurt. You will get an apartment with own entrance, separate bathroom, own laptop with fast internet connection, own mobile internet tarife.
Depending on your working hours/ability to take over responsibilites, you might get free living, access to a BMW 5 and in addition pocket money. References available
*** YOUR APARTMENT ***
You will live in the “garden level” of our house. Please refer to the photos for details. Your room is 20m² big and is lovely decorated.
Close by is a bathroom and your own entrance. Also a private terrace is included. Next to you lives our son Sebastian. The parents live in other parts of the house.
In your room is a large satellite 3D-TV (access to 4 satellites, including English and Spanish programs, Video on demand via internet – see the picture), Blue ray player, a good music center, a queen size convertible bed (sofa during the day) and a spacious wardrobe (as to be seen on the pictures).
In other parts of the house on the same level there is a sauna and the home office of Marcus.
In the upper level of the house, there is a spacious living room (70 m²) with a huge 3D-TV, a gym with treadmill and cross trainer, barbells, table kicker, TV with sound system (the workout is not so boring this way), the kitchen und the parents section. Furthermore, there is a huge terrace, where we spend the summer evenings i.e. by making barbeques.
*** EQUIPMENT PROVIDED ***
You will have your own laptop with fast internet, your own mobile internet tarife, your own personal fixed line telephone with separate number (saves cost for people calling you). Communication is easy this way. Either you communicate via Skype, let your friends call you with a cheap tariff or simply call your friends inside Germany free of charge in inside Western Europe free of charge on landline phone numbers.

*** FRANKFURT ***
With the train you will be downtown at Frankfurt Hauptbahnhof with a 30 minutes ride. The train station “Kelkheim Hornau” can be reached by a 9 minutes walk.
*** CAR DRIVING (OPTIONAL) ***
If you are interested, you can use a BMW series 5 car (E61) with automatic gearing to go to Frankfurt. This priviledge implies the duty to bring Sebastian to school. If you want to use the car for more than 250km per month, we expect you to pay 0,30 EUR/km to cover the cost.
*** Your duties ***
Mandatory duties:
• Dinner cooking Monday to Friday (~18:00-20:00 incl. your optional participation at dinner and mandatory clean-up)
• Breakfast preparation Monday to Friday (~06:30-07:15 incl. breakfast and clean-up)
From Monday to Friday you will prepare the breakfast for the family and drive Sebastian to the school in Frankfurt-Hoechst. The school starts at 7:55 a.m.
In the late afternoon you will prepare a healthy and tasty dinner for the family. The family will have dinner together around 7 p.m. After cleaning up the kitchen and the table, you have free time.
Optional duties:
• Washing / operating the 2 washing machines
• Ironing the clothes of the son Sebastian (just his clothes)
• Driving Sebastian to school (~07:30 – 08:00)
