Ab Juni suche ich eine*n netten Nachmieter*in für mein schönes Zimmer in unserer WG. Die Wohnung ist geräumig und gut geschnitten mit zwei großen (also Annas und vielleicht deinem Zimmer) und einem etwas kleineren Zimmer (Wohnzimmer). Dazu noch ein Bad und eine große Küche mit Balkon, außerdem gibt es ein Kellerabteil.
Das Zimmer ist groß, hell und quadratisch geschnitten, wodurch man sehr praktisch alle Möbel unterbekommt. Durch seine hohen Decken und den Parkettboden ist es sehr gemütlich. Es hat zwei große Fenster zur Holtenauer Straße wodurch das Zimmer schön hell ist, man bekommt aber trotzdem von der Straße sehr wenig mit.
Das ZImmer wird zum 03.06.19 frei, wobei ich beim Einzugsdatum flexibel bin. Es ginge also auch früher :)
I am looking for someone to take over my nice room in our shared flat. The flat is roomy with two big rooms (Anna‘s and if you want yours) and a smaller room which is used as living room. Also there is a bathroom and a big kitchen with a balcony. We also have our own storage room in the cellar.
The room is big, bright and square, meaning you won't have any trouble with your furniture. The high ceiling and parquet floor make the room nice and cosy. There are two big windows facing the Holtenauer Straße which let in a lot of sunlight but you are still not bothered by the noise on the street.
The room will be free on June 3rd but I am flexible concerning the move-in date.
Die Bushaltestelle Schauspielhaus ist direkt gegenüber und die Busse fahren unter der Woche alle 5 Minuten. Man kommt von hier sehr gut fast überall hin. In der Gegend sind viele kleine Läden, Supermärkte, Bäckereien und viel mehr. Der Wochenmarkt ist direkt um die Ecke. Direkt am Haus sind ein Dönerladen, ein asiatisches Restaurant und eine Pizzaria. Gegenüber ein Burgerrestaurant. Verhungern tut man hier nicht.
Zur Uni sind es 10/5 min (zu Fuß/ Rad) und zum UKSH sind es 20/8 min.
The bus stop Schauspielhaus is right across the street. A bus comes every 5 minutes and takes you nearly everywhere in Kiel. In the Holtenauer Straße there is every kind of shop and a farmers market right around the courner (Mo & Thur). At the house there is a kepab shop, Asian-Restaurant and an italian place with a burger place just across the street.
The CAU is 10/5 min (foot/bike) away and the UKSH 20/8 min.
Moin, ich bin Anna (23). Ich studiere Medizin im 6. Semester und engagiere mich bei den Grünen. Dadurch bin ich an manchen Tagen und Wochenende viel unterwegs und ruhe mich zu Hause dann gerne aus. Ich bin eher ruhig und muss meistens morgens relativ früh aufstehen. Ich koche gerne und würde mich freuen, wenn wir auch manchmal abends zusammen essen, im Wohnzimmer etwas schauen oder so. Also nicht einfach nur nebenher leben. Aber es ist natürlich auch vollkommen okay, in Ruhe gelassen werden zu wollen.
Studierende, Auszubildende und Berufstätige sind herzlich willkommen.
Es gibt ein vollkommen eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit Fernseher und Switch und einen relativ großen Tisch in der Küche.
Die Nachbarn sind nett und es ist selten laut im Haus.
Ich lerne seit 2 Jahren Gebärdensprache und kann mich relativ gut verständigen, die Wohnung hat aber keine spezielle Einrichtung für gehörlose Menschen.

Hi, my name is Anna (23). I study medicine in the 3rd year and am also politically active in the green party. This means that at least some days I am quite busy. So when I am home I like to relax. I am pretty quite and have to get up rather early most mornings. I like to cook and would love to hang out from time to time. If you want some quite time that is perfectly fine as well.
The living room has a couch, TV and switch. In the kitchen there is a rather big table. The neighbours are nice and the house overall is rather quite.
I am looking forward to meeting you :)
