Das Zimmer hat einen tollen ( leicht knartschigen) Dielenboden und ein Zugang zur Loggia , wo die Nachmittags- und Abendsonne rein scheint. Sonnenuntergang und Sterne sind hier toll zu beobachten.
Besonders ist das eingebaute Hochbett (ca 1,60m), auch für 2 Personen, welches viel Wohnraum ermöglicht.
Es gibt große 2 Schränke zum Verstauen, die gern überlassen werden, oder gehen können. Und ein kleines Bücherregal ist bereits eingebaut.
Besonders ist auch die Küche mit Sofa und ihrer gemütlichen Einrichtung.

The room has a nice wooden floor and a loft bed for 2 persons, which is cool because you have lots of space for other furniture.
There are already wardrobes , lots of place to store different things.
The kitchen is beautiful as well with a couch and a loggia with wide windows to the west side.
Die Wohnung liegt im Herzen der Holtenauer Straße und ist daher total zentral und nah am Stadtleben. Sky, Penny und Aldi sind mitunter bis 11 Uhr für dich da :)
Zur Uni sinds 10 min mit dem Fahrrad, Busse fahren quasi vor der Haustür ab. Auch zum Wasser kann man problemlos spazieren.
The flat is very central located in the Holtenauer Street. Public transportation in front of the door + supermarkets and shops. It takes 10 minutes by bike to the university and also the water is quite close.
Hejj- ich bin Jana (25) und wohne als Hauptmieterin jetzt seit drei Jahren in dieser super Wohnung- zur Zeit herrscht ein Wandel, ich wohne mit Nezar zusammen (30)- er kommt aus Syrien, lernt intensiv deutsch und wird als Mediziner arbeiten. Elise (28) gibt ihr Zimmer jetzt ab. Wir haben schöne Gemeinschaftsräume u.a. eine Loggia und die sinds wert, genutzt zu werden! Daher wünsche ich mir eine aufgeschlossene, gesellige Person, die Lust auf ein richtiges Zusammenleben hat und gern mit Menschen zusammen ist.
Zu mir: ich habe gerade meinen Bachelor in Pädagogik und Soziologie beendet und bin quasi auf Jobsuche. Yoga, Töpfern, Musik und Freunde gehören in meinen Alltag. Ab und an auch mal eine Sportzigarette, d.h. es wird auch gelegentlich geraucht in der Wohnung.
