Hello, Im renting a room in zwischenmiete for 2 months (July and August) or long term with contract transfer just for students.
The room is totally furnished, has a bed, wardrobe, night table, desk and chair. The kitchen is fully equipped and you can use everything in it. Is located on the second floor of a very well designed apartment with 3 floors.
The room is quite nice and just 5 minutes by foot to the CAU University and 2 minutes to the bus stop of Samwerstraße. Excellent connections with the rest of the city and 5 minutes from Holtenauer Straße, commercial area of city. So in 5 minutes you have DM, Rossmann, Rewe, Aldi, restaurant and bars.
The flat has its own living room and is a cozy space. It is a very international environment, here lives a German, an American and a Moroccan. All are students and in general it is a very quiet environment, although there is no problem with bringing friends from time to time.There are two bathrooms, so you only share with one person and we have unlimited WiFi for the whole apartment.
