Das Zimmer ist ein sehr helles gemütliches 15 qm großes Zimmer! Mit Dielenboden und hohen Altbau Decken. Es sind keine Schrägen oder ähnliches vorhanden.
Die Küche und das Bad sind zwar etwas kleiner, aber dafür gibt es einen Balkon! Des Weiteren ist die Küche bereits komplett ausgestattet!
Eure neue Mitbewohnerin ist eine ganz nette und liebe, die aber auch sehr viel zu tun hat! Sie studiert und arbeitet nebenbei auch. Sie spricht fließend Deutsch, Englisch, Spanisch und Portugiesisch.
Es wäre nett, wenn es nicht eine reine Zweck-WG wäre, sondern dass man auch mal etwas gemeinsam unternehmen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral, näher an der FH aber auch die Uni ist schnell zu erreichen.
Zu Fuß braucht man bis ins Stadtzentrum ca. 10-15 min.
Die nächste Bushaltestelle ist aber auch nur 4 min entfernt, dort fahren sehr regelmäßig Busse u.a. die 11,22,34,101 und weitere!
Wir hoffen auf eine neue nette Mitbewohnerin!
