Das Zimmer ist ca. 14m² groß und quadratisch geschnitten. Die zwei großen Fenster und die hohen Decken lassen es hell wirken. Viel Stauraum bietet ein deckenhohes Regal, welches zum Zimmer gehört (aber auch rausgebaut werden kann). Die Wohnung liegt im ersten Stock und ist großzügig geschnitten. Es gibt eine schöne grosse Küche mit angrenzendem offenem Wohnzimmer. Das Bad ist auch groß mit Dusche und Badewanne und einem Balkon, der von dort abgeht.
Ich würde gerne gegen einen Abschlag von 150€ mein selbstgebautes Bett mit eingebautem Regal inklusive des Lattenrosts und der Matratze von 1,60x2m sowie das Plissee vorm Fenster übergeben.

The room is about 14m² and square cut. The two large windows and the high ceilings make it look bright. A ceiling-high shelf, which belongs to the room, offers a lot of storage space. I currently use it as a closet. The apartment is located on the second floor and is generously cut. To the room, there is a nice kitchen with an adjoining open living room. The bathroom is also nice and big with a shower and bathtub and a balcony leading off from there.
I would like to hand over for a discount of 150€ my self-made bed with built-in shelf including the slatted frame and mattress of 1.60x2m and the pleated blind in front of the window.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in der Hofstraße in Gaarden-Süd. Die nächste Bushaltestelle bei der KVG ist in 8 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar, in 7 Minuten ist man mit dem Rad beim Hauptbahnhof. Außerdem bist du schnell im Grünen, es gibt einen kleinen Park und ein kleines Waldstück direkt vor der Tür.
Um schnell mal einzukaufen haben wir einen Penny ums Eck.

The apartment is located in Hofstraße in Gaarden-Süd. The nearest bus stop at the KVG is an 8-minute walk away, and in 7 minutes you can reach the main train station by bike. There is also a park and a small forest directly in front of the house and a Penny nearby.
Zusammen wohnen würdest du mit Jenni und Svenja. Jenni (27) studiert einen Nachhaltigkeitsmaster an der CAU und fotografiert in ihrer Freizeit sehr gerne. Svenja (27) ist Umwelt- und Sexualpädagogin und verfolgt verschiedene eigene Projekte im Kulturbereich. Ab dem nächstes Jahr möchte sie dann ihr Referendariat an der Schule anfangen.
Wir haben ein sehr wohlwollendes und unkompliziertes Miteinander. Und wünschen uns auch ein Zusammenleben, bei dem man aneinander interessiert ist und gerne Zeit verbringt. Auch wenn wir alle ziemlich viel unterwegs sind, freuen wir und darauf zuhause zu sein und wenn es sich ergibt, zu Abend zu essen :)
Insgesamt ist es uns sehr wichtig, dass sich alle wohlfühlen und es eine ehrliche, transparente Kommunikation gibt.

You would live together with Jenni and Svenja. Jenni is studying for a sustainability master's degree at CAU, Svenja is mainly pursuing her own projects in the cultural field and will be starting her traineeship at a school next year.
We have a very benevolent and uncomplicated togetherness. We like to eat and chat together in the kitchen or have a picnic in the park. Overall, we do our best to make everyone feel comfortable! :)
