My name is Elisa :) After more than one year, I am unfortunately leaving my room at the end of the month (October 2023), and I am looking for someone to move in and live with my 2 amazing flatmates!
The room is nice and cozy, and it gets lots of light during the (sunny) day. It originally comes unfurnished, but I would like to leave a double bed with mattress, and a desk. But if you already have your own furniture, we can discuss and make arrangements during the interview of course.
The house is in Hassee, in a really convenient location. The bus stop Stadtrade is only a 2-minute walk away (here you can take bus 50 to University, and bus 51). The bus stop Lantziusstrasse (bus 81 to Uni) is also close, just 12 minutes walk.
Citti-Park is nearby, just 7 minutes walk. There's a Denns BioMarkt just 4 minutes walk. Finally, the Rewe Center is just 7 minutes away, with a really big Rewe, Decathlon, Rossmann, Apotheke and other shops. And just in front of the house, a Kiosk is located, with really nice owners :) The neighborhood is quiet and peaceful.
The flat is in on the first floor of an independent building (hinterhofhaus). There's a common area, made of a living room with TV and a big kitchen with dishwasher, oven, microwave, and a big bathroom. A parking spot is available.
You will be living with David, a PhD student from the UK; Mariana, a Master's student (almost finished) from Mexico, her sweet and fluffy cat Mauricio and a lovely kitten. If you're somebody who enjoys having a chat, watching TV or having drinks from time to time, but who's also respectful of personal space, you're the person for them! I highly recommend, they have been great roommates and friends :)
Because the flat was mostly empty when we moved here, the three of us bought many shared furniture and appliances, so there would be an initial expense for existing equipment that we can discuss :)
