Moin and hello,
I’m offering a furnished room in Kiel-Hasseldieksdamm to rent. It is equipped with: bed, clothes rail, 2 open shelfs, desk and a dining table. The room is the entire top floor and measures 27 m2 ground area, with additional 4 m2 ground area of storage room to the side of the room.
We share the kitchen and the two bathrooms, meaning we are both responsible for keeping them clean.
Car parking isn’t a problem around the neighborhood given that there are plenty parking spaces on all the streets. Furthermore you can also use my garden.
The bus stop is right around the corner and the distance to the University (CAU) is only 5,5km or 20 minutes by bike.
My name is Annika, 23 years old and employed. I do shift work, so the hours I’m home always vary on my working schedule meaning that from time to time I do need to go to sleep in the morning and therefore need quietness. If you are a frequent partygoer or love to leave a good mess wherever you go, we are clearly not compatible flat mates. Along with a sense of tidiness it is really important for me that you are a nonsmoker.
Beside that I am an open-minded person and look forward for a nice person to come live with me . I cook from time to time, enjoy meeting with friends, practice kickboxing and in the summertime I like to drive my motorcycle or just meet with friends for a nice barbecue.
The rent totals at 400,00 € with the safety deposit being 700€.
