Das ist eine 2 zimmer WG. Das Zimmer beträgt ~14qm . Es ist eine Wohngemeinschaft im 4. Stock mit einer schönen Küche und einem Balkon. Aktuell wohne ist meine Frau in eine zimmer und miete die noch eine zimmer. Sie ist 25 Jahre alt und studiert Medizin life science (Master) an der Universität Kiel.
Dies ist ganz in der Nähe der Universität, alle Geschäfte und Supermärkte finden Sie innerhalb von 2-3 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Bushaltestellen sind nur wenige Schritte entfernt.
Der Mietpreis ist 310 euro ! (Warmmiete)
Die Küche ist komplett vorbereitet. Es gibt Kühlschrank, Waschmaschine, Backofen, Toaster alles ist da.
Das Zimmer ist auch möbliert. Es gibt einen Schrank, Tisch, Stuhl und ein Bett. ( Bett ist nicht auf dem Bild).

I am going to rent a room in Waitzstr / Holtenauer Straße, 24118-Kiel. This is is one of the top Centre of the city, Kiel. You can move in earliest 1/02/2021.
( ATTENTION: Suitable only for girls or female )
This is a 2 room flat share. The room is ~ 12sqm in a apartment located in 4th floor with a nice kitchen and balcony . My wife is currently living alone in one room and we are renting another room. My wife is 25 years old, currently studying Master in Medical life Science in University of Kiel.
This is very near to University ( 10 min walking distance). All shops and supermarket ( Rewe, Aldi, Penny, Rossman etc) you can find within 2-3 mins walking distance. Bus stops are just few step away.
The rental price is 310 including everything.
Kitchen is completely ready where there is Oven, washing machine, fridge, toaster which you can use. There is a nice but small balcony with the kitchen.
Room is furnished. There is a bed, study table , chair and cupboard. if you want , you can bring you own furniture or use all furniture.
