• Das Zimmer ist ca. 26 m² (5,45m x 4,82m)
• Dein Zimmer hat einen direkten Zugang zum Balkon
• Internet und Kabelanschluss sind im Mietpreis enthalten
Die Wohnung/Das Haus:
• Das Haus hat sechs Etagen und das Zimmer befindet sich in der dritten
• Das Haus hat einen Aufzug
• Du teilst die Wohnung mit drei anderen Zimmern
• Es gibt:
- 2 Gemeinschaftsbadezimmer
- 1 Gemeinschaftsküche (ausgestattet mit 2 Kühlschränken, einem Herd, Mikrowelle und Schränken (jeder Raum hat seinen eigenen Schrank)
• Es gibt eine Waschmaschine und Trockner im Haus (im Keller)
• Falls etwas kaputt geht (im Haus oder in deinem Zimmer) wird es normalerweise in 0-2 Tagen vom Hausmeister repariert

• There is a washing machine and dryer in the house (in the basement)
• If something breaks (in the House or in your room) the Hausmeiter fixes it usually in about 0-2 days
• You can use all Common Room areas of the Dormitory PAH, such as music room or Wilhelms Eck (with Kicker, Billiard, table tennis, etc)
