Im Februar wird bei uns ein Zimmer frei!
Die Wohnung ist im Erdgeschoss und das Zimmer ist zwar klein, aber gemütlich. Es hat ein großes Fenster und geht auf die Straße, die aber sehr ruhig ist.
Das Internetgerät befindet sich in diesem Zimmer, weil der entsprechende Kabel dort installiert ist.
Hier wohnt man zentral gelegen. In 4 Minuten ist man am Westring und für die Holtenauer dauert es nur noch ein paar Minuten in die andere Richtung. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man in 5 Minuten an der Mutheisus, in ungefähr 8 Minuten an der CAU beim Audimax und in 10-12 Minuten bei den Sportstätten.
Hier wohnen Gustavo (29 aus Costa Rica), und ich, Andrés (34 aus Peru)
Wir studieren an der Muthesius Kunsthochschule aber in unterschiedlichen Studiengängen. Gustavo macht seinen Master in Medical Design und ich studiere Freie Kunst und Keramik auch im Master.
Da die Wohnung klein ist, ist das Putzen auch relativ leicht und durch Teamwork wirklich schnell.
Die Möbel, die sich gerade im Zimmer befinden, können auch von der ausziehenden Person abgekauft werden, falls es Interesse gibt.
Zur Corona: in der Wohnung sind wir alle geimpft, und wir wollen, dass es so bleibt.

One of the rooms in the apartment will become available in February. A total of 3 people live here.
The room
The apartment is on the ground floor and the room is about 12m². The window looks out onto the street, which is quiet, so don´t worry. The internet device is in this room because the corresponding cable is installed there.
Location
Here you live in a central location. In 4 minutes you are at the Westring and for the Holtenauer Str it only takes a few minutes in the other direction. The Mutheisus can be reached by bike in 5 minutes, CAU at the Audimax in about 8 minutes and 10-12 minutes for the other part of the CAU near the Sports Hall.
Life in the shared Flat

We study at the Muthesius Kunsthochschule in different majors. Gustavo is doing his Masters in Medical Design and I'm doing mine in Fine Art and Ceramics.
Since the apartment is small, cleaning is also relatively easy and, with teamwork, really quick.
Extra Info
The furniture that is currently in the room can also be bought from the person moving out if there is any interest.
Regarding the Pandemic: we are all vaccinated in the apartment and we want it to stay that way.
