Ich Suche einen Nachfolger für meinen Mitbewohner.
Ich bin 29 Jahre alt, lerne Deutsch. Ich spiele eine kleine persische Instrument. Da es möbliert vermietet wird hast du ein 1,60 x 2 Meter Bett, ein bequemer Sofa, eine Kommode und ein Tisch.
Die Wohnung hat 35 m2 und liegt in Schreventeich und es gibt eine gute Busanbindung in die Innenstadt (7 Minuten) und zur Uni (7 Minuten). Mit dem Fahrrad ist die Uni auch gut erreichbar (10 Minuten).Es gibt Nähe Rossmann & Sky (5 Minuten zum Fuß), Lidl & ALDI(15 Minuten zum Fuß), Schrevenpark (9 Minuten zum Fuß), eine Apotheke, einen Bäcker
Zusammengefasst: Schickes Zimmer, sehr zentral, unkomplizierte und offene Mitbewohner und ein Top-Preis. Ich bin da recht flexibel.
