Dein Zimmer bietet ein sehr gutes Raumgefühl und hat schöne Dielenböden. Das Zimmer ist den ganzen Tag über sehr hell, hat hohe Decken und zwei Fenster. An heißen Sommertagen herrscht ein angenehm kühles Klima.
Dein Zimmer ist möbliert mit, so dass du für die Zwischenzeit keine eigenen Möbel benötigst.

Your room is very bright all day long, which makes it very nice to live and work in. The climate is very comfortable on hot summer days. You'll feel ease in this room and apartment, in general.
You get a furnished room.
Diese Wohnung mit der Lage ist ein echter Glücksgriff. Alles ist sehr schnell zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Die Verkehrsanbindungen ist top. Vor allem die Strecke zur Uni. Die Bushaltestelle ist etwa 1 Minute entfernt. Zur Uni oder in das Stadtzentrum sind es mit dem Fahrrad etwa 10 Minuten.
Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind quasi gleich um die Ecke. Sky und Rossmann sind in 5 Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Eine Apotheke ist direkt im Gebäude. Das Fitnessstudio 4 fun fitness ist 300 Meter entfernt und somit gut zu Fuß erreichbar.
Der große Willhelmsparkplatz ist etwa 3 Minuten Fußweg entfernt auf dem man sein Auto kostenfrei abstellen kann. Sehr oft sind aber auch Parkplätze direkt vor der Haustür frei.

The apartment is very central. Everything you need (grocery, food, bakery) is around the corner. The pharmacy is right in the building. University, Kieler Downtown, and everything else (Gym, restaurant, pubs etc.) is max 20 minutes on foot or 10 minutes by bike. The closest gym is a 5-minute-walk away. There is the possibility to go by bus, too. The bus connections are easy to understand. The next bus station is around the corner. Don't be afraid. You'll live in very safe district.
Ich, Manuel bin 24 Jahre und studiere Jura aktuell im 4. Semester. Unser WG-Leben ist sehr entspannt. Hin und wieder kommen Freunde zu einem gemeinsamen Koch- und Spieleabend vorbei, bei dem jeder willkommen ist. Auch gegen ein Bierchen/Weinchen ist nichts einzuwenden.
Haushaltstechnisch sind wir sehr gut ausgestattet. Alles kann natürlich mitbenutzt werden.
Der Küche anhängend gibt es einen kleinen Balkon zum Innenhof auf dem man Grillen und gemeinsam Essen oder frühstücken kann.
Im Keller ist genug Platz um ein paar Sachen zu verstauen. Ein Fahrradkeller ist auch vorhanden.
