The Flat is located on the ground floor of an old building with a joint use backyard. The available room has a size of 12m² and is located at the southern end of the flat. Some furniture can be provided. The kitchen is equipped with all necessities. Pets are welcome.
The flat is located in a side street between Westring and and the municipal hospital. Bus lines in all directions can be reached by foot within thee minutes and take about ten minutes to the university or the city centre. The Schrevenpark and multiple shopping opportunities are in the vicinity.
I would be your roommate, a student of Linguistics working on his master's degree. I'm a vegetarian, but this is not a requirement for my roommates. The community life is simple and problems can be openly addressed. While there is no strict distribution of tasks, an equal contribution to maintenance and common expenses is expected.
The costs include advance payments for for water, heating and electricity, as well as the Internet connection. A rent deposit is usually not required.
