ich suche eine neue Mitbewohnerin für meine zweier WG. Das freie Zimmer ist ca 13 m2 groß, hat zwei zur Straße ausgerichtete Fenster und ist unmöbliert. Die Wohnung ist eine zwei Zimmer Wohnung im ersten Stock und hat ein sehr schönes Bad und eine relativ große Küche in der man sich gut zusammensetzen kann.
Die Wohnung liegt ziemlich zentral, der Hauptbahnhof ist in 10 Minuten gut zu Fuß erreichbar auch die Hummelwiese ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Rewe und Lidl sind etwa 8 Minuten entfernt, sodass man eigentlich alles was man so braucht in der Nähe findet.
Ich heiße Josi, bin 20 Jahre alt und studiere Geographie an der CAU. In meiner Freizeit rudere ich, zeichne, koche und bin gerne unterwegs. Ich mag ein entspanntes WG Leben wo man mal gemeinsam kocht, an den Strand oder zum Baden an die Kiellinie fährt aber jeder natürlich auch mal Zeit für sich hat.
Falls das oben genannte Datum ab dem das Zimmer frei ist nicht perfekt passt, weil da auch die Klausurenphase ist, ist das kein Problem, das Zimmer wäre ab Anfang Februar bis Anfang März frei.
