Das Zimmer misst ca. 15 m² und hat eine Schräge. Durch das Dachfenster mit süd-west Ausrichtung hat man viel Sonne in dem Zimmer. Das Fenster geht zum Hof, dadurch ist es sehr ruhig und man kann gut bei offenem Fenster schlafen.
Es besteht die Möglichkeit das Zimmer teilmöbliert oder unmöbliert zu mieten.

Die Wohnung liegt im Stadtteil Südfriedhof an der Kreuzung Kirchhofallee und Reingstraße. Zu den Bussen 51, 51, 81 und 91 sind es ca. 2 Minuten Fußweg. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man 6 Minuten.
Mit dem Rad sind es bis zur Uni 20 Minuten bei Gegenwind und vielen roten Ampeln.

The apartment is located in the Südfriedhof district at the intersection of Kirchhofallee and Reingstraße. The buses 51, 51, 81 and 91 are about 2 minutes walk away. The main station is 6 minutes walk away.
By bike, it is 20 minutes to the university with headwind and many red traffic lights.
