Ich bin bis Ende Juli auf Reisen und zwischenvermiete daher mein Zimmer unter. Das Zimmer ist mit einem Bett, Schreibtisch, Schreibtischstuhl und Schrank ausgestattet. Außerdem ist es mit einem schönen Holzfußboden ausgestattet und an der Küche gibt es einen muckeligen nach südwest ausgerichteten Balkon, auf dem man Kiels Sonnenstunden optimal genießen kann.

I am travelling until end of July and therefore I am looking for someone to take over my room as soon as possible. The room is furnished with a bed, desk, chair and a big closet. It also has a beautiful wooden floor and in the kitchen there is a southwest-facing balcony, where you can enjoy Kiel's sunshine hours.

Die WG ist im ruhigen Papenkamp direkt am Südfriedhof. Schräg über die Straße befinden sich die Moorteichwiesen, in denen man gut grillen und sich austoben kann und die Bushaltestelle Südfriedhof ist wenige Minuten Fußmarsch entfernt. Zum Hauptbahnhof läuft man ca. 10 Minuten und auch einkaufstechnisch gibts alles was das Herz begehrt, von Lidl, Rewe und Rossmann bis zum Bioladen ist alles zu Fuß oder mit dem Fahrrad in kürzester Zeit erreichbar.

The flat is located in the quiet Papenkamp street, directly at the Südfriedhof. Diagonally across the street you find Moorteichwiese park, and the bus stop Südfriedhof is a few minutes walk away. The main train station is about 10 minutes away and you can find everything your heart desires, from Lidl, Rewe and Rossmann to the organic food store, everything is within walking distance or a short bike ride away.
Wir sind eine entspannte WG in der alle für sich sein können aber auch gerne was zusammen unternommen wird. Wir studieren bzw. arbeiten und wir kommunizieren in der WG auf deutsch und englisch. Einer der anderen Mitbewohner zwischenvermietet sein Zimmer ebenfalls unter, so dass es eine weitere neue Person in der Wohnung geben wird.
Die WG-Katze Cat Stevens sorgt oftmals für sehr lustige Gemeinschaft, eine gewisse Zuneigung gegenüber Katzen ist daher natürlich nicht von Nachteil :) Geputzt wird abwechselnd jedes Wochenende und um Cat Stevens kümmern sich alle gemeinsam, du müsstest dich also mit den anderen absprechen wer wann mit füttern dran ist, abgesehen davon macht sie aber nicht viel Arbeit.

We are a relaxed flat-sharing community where everyone can be on their own, but we also like to do things together. We study or work and we communicate in the WG in German and English. One of the other flatmates is also subletting his room so there will be one other new person in the flatshare.
We have a WG-cat, Cat Stevens, so it is an advantage if you like cats :) We take turns to clean the flat every weekend and we also share the responsibility for Cat Stevens. You would therefore have to be ok with sharing the responsibility for feeding her etc. But she does not require much work and once she gets used to you she is very friendly :)
