A 17 m2 private room is available starting 15th of November. The room is fully furnished and equipped with a wardrobe, desk, small refrigerator, two chairs, bed with a mattress, and two sofas. The flat is shared with 4 students with a fully equipped kitchen for common use and a bathroom that will be shared with two. The apartment is on the 1st floor of a newly innovated building that belongs to Unidorm (Studentenwohnheim).
Königsweg Kiel.
-4 minutes by walk from the bus station Hummelwiese and 7 minutes to the Hauptbahnhof; therefore, it has a perfect transportation connection.
- It takes up to 6 or 7 minutes to reach Rewe and Lidl.
- It is close to the center of Kiel in which it will take a maximum of 10 mins by walk.
- 15 mins by Bus to reach the University.
The building is equipped with washing machines/dryer. It has a basement to park your bicycle.
The rent is 300 Euros with a kaution of 600 Euros. Everything is already included such as electricity, water and internet.

ab dem 15. November wird ein komplett eingerichtetes 17m2 Zimmer in unserer WG frei.
Das Zimmer besteht aus einer Garderobe, einem Schreibtisch, einem kleinen Kühlschrank, einem Bett inkl. Matratze sowie zwei Sofas.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit 4 weiteren Studenten. Zu den Räumlichkeiten zählt noch eine Küche sowie ein Badezimmer, welches du dir mit zwei weiteren Mitbewohnern teilst.
Die Wohnung befindet sich im ersten Stock, ist komplett neu renoviert und gehört zu Unidorm (Studentenwohnheim).

Königsweg Kiel (Südfriedhof)
1) 4 Minuten Fußweg bis zur Haltestelle Hummelwiese und 7 Minuten bis zum Hauptbahnhof
2) 7 Minuten Fußweg bis zu Lidl und Rewe
3) Bis zur Holstenstraße sind es ungefähr 10 Minuten Fußweg
4) 15 Minuten Busfahrt bis zur Universität
