Zudem verfügt es über einen direkten Balkonzugang, welcher ebenfalls Richtung Süden zeigt und schon im Frühling zu milden bis sommerlichen Temperaturempfindung führt. Das Zimmer ist ausgestattet mit einem Bett 1,4mx2m, Schrank für Klamotten, einer großen Eckcouch, Couchtisch, Schreibtisch und Schreibtischstuhl. Mit dem Inventar bietet es immer noch eine große Bewegungsfreiheit.
The two windows of the room are located in southern direction which leads to natrual lighten during the days. The room has an door to entre the balcony, which points in southerly direction and allows mild to summery temperature feelings in spring already. The room contains a bed (1,4mx2m), a big couch, a cupboard dor clothes, a couch table, a desk and a desk chair. With all the inventar the room provides a lot of free moving space still.

The flat is located in a noise tranquilized area, the public transport is 2 to 5 min wokong distance. During the week there is a connection to city centre every 5 min and to the university every 15 min. Operating public transport are the linies: 41, 42, 61, 62, 91. By using the bike you'll need 5 min to the university and 15 to 20 min to city centre.
In unsere WG ist jeder willkommen, Sauberkeit ist uns wichtig, weswegen der wöchentliche Putzplan auch folge zu leisten ist. Über gemeinsame Aktivitäten freuen wir uns sehr, jedoch wird dir natürlich auch dein Raum und deine Zeit gelassen wenn du sie benötigst.
In our Wg evryone is welcome, cleanliness is very importen for us, thats why we want to stick with our weekly cleaning plan. We are happy about group activitys or sociol time in gerneral, but understand and respect as well if you need your own time and space.
