Das Zimmer befindet sich im ersten Stock und ist voll möbiliert (Bett, Schreibtisch, Kleiderschrank, Regale, Drehstuhl). Am Ende des Flurs auf derselben Etage befindet sich das Badezimmer.
The room is situated on the first floor and fully furnished (including a bed, a desk, a cupboard, shelves and a chair). At the end of the hallway, you'll find the bathroom.
Wir sind sehr gut angebunden, nur 4 min Fußweg entfernt befindet sich die U-Bahn-Haltestelle "Akazienweg". Von dort kommt man mit den Linien 3 und 4 in weniger als 5 Minuten zur Venloer Straße und ins Herz Ehrenfeld und in etwa 14 Min. in die Kölner Innenstadt. In 5 Min. Fußweg kommt man zum Aldi oder alternativ, wenn man in Richtung Stadt läuft in etwa 10 Min. zu REWE, dm, zur Post, Sparkasse und zu weiteren kleinen Läden.
The area has pretty good traffic connections. You'll find the underground station "Akazienweg" in only 4 min. walking distance. There, you can take the railway lines 3 or 4 to get to "Venloer Straße Gürtel", the heart of Ehrenfeld. In about 14 minutes you'll reach the city centre. In 5 minutes by foot you'll get to the supermarket "Aldi" or alternatively, "Rewe", a post office, Sparkasse and various small shops in about 10 min. walking distance.
In unserem Haus wohnen ich, mein Ehemann und zwei Studenten. Wir bieten unseren Wohnraum Studierenden und Berufstätigen an. Wir erwarten keine gemeinsamen Unternehmungen o.Ä und bieten jedem den Raum und die Ruhe, seinem Alltag nachzugehen.
Bei allgemeinen Fragen könnt ihr euch aber natürlich immer gerne an uns wenden :-)
Falls ihr einen Raum sucht, um erstmal in Köln anzukommen und euch vor Ort auf auf dem Wohnungsmarkt zu orientieren, bekommt ihr die Möglichkeit, das Zimmer für einen begrenzten Zeitraum zu mieten.

Me, my husband and our son who is moving out soon are living in the house. We are offering our space to students and employeed people. We don't expect joint activities, we are giving everyone the space and calm they need to pursue their daily life but in case you have any questions, always feel free to approach us :-)
If you are looking for a room to arrive in Cologne and to take your time to get an overview of the housing market, you have the possibility to live with us for a limited amount of time.
Räume, die euch zur Verfügung stehen sind euer Schlafzimmer, Küche, Bad, Gäste-WC und unser Keller, der euch Stauraum und eine Waschmaschine bieten. Zu den anderen separaten Wohnräumen, der Terrasse und dem Garten habt ihr keinen Zugang. Haustiere sind im Haus nicht erlaubt.
Rooms which are available to you are your bedroom, the kitchen, the bathroon, a guest toilet and our basement which offers a washing machine and space for storage. Pets are not allowed.
