da ich in aus meinem Zimmer ausziehe, suche ich zum 15.03.2024 einen Nachmieter oder eine Nachmieterin für mein WG-Zimmer in der Innenstadt. Das Zimmer ist teilmöbiliert, auf Wunsch können auf diese jedoch auch verzichtet werden. Durch die Architektur hat man zwei "Etagen", die durch eine kleine Treppe verbunden sind. Man kann den oberen Bereich z.B. zum Schlafen nutzen und zum Verstauen einiger Gegenstände, das kann aber natürlich jeder machen wie er/sie möchte.
Die gesamte Einrichtung ist modern gestaltet und durch die großen Fenster ist das Zimmer sehr hell. In der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Bäder (eins inkl. Dusche). Die Bäder, der Flur und die Küche werden ein Mal pro Woche von einer Reinigungsfirma geputzt, was das WG-Leben noch entspannter gestaltet (die Kosten dafür sind bereits in den Nebenkosten verrechnet). Die Warmmiete von 710 € beinhaltet sowohl Internet als auch Heizkosten. Es befinden sich zwei große Küchen im Haus, die von jeweils zwei WGs genutzt werden. Dort ist alles was man braucht bereits vorhanden (Spülmaschine, Induktionsherde, Besteck, Geschirr, etc.). Das Haus hat eine Terasse, welche man direkt von der Küche aus betreten kann. Es sind dort Fahrradanhänger angebracht, die jeder nutzen kann. Im Keller befindet sich eine Waschküche mit drei Waschmaschinen und drei Trocknern (gegen Münzgeld).
Since I am leaving my room, I am searching for someone to take over the room in a flat sharing from the 15.03.2024 onwards. The room is partly furnished (see pictures). One can decide whether they want to use the furniture that is provided, or to use their own furniture. The room has two "floors" that are connected by a staircase. There is the space to sleep upstairs or downstairs. I personally use the space upstairs for storage.
The interior is very modern, and the large windows provide a lot of light to the room. In the flat, one finds a toilet and a bathroom. The toilet, bathroom, corridors and the kitchen are cleaned once every week by an independent cleaning company (the cost of which is included in the rent). The monthly rent is 710€ including the internet and the heating. There are two large kitchens in the building, which are shared each by two flats. Each kitchen has all the necessary equipment needed to cook (dishwasher, induction stoves, cutlery, dish, etc.). The building has a terrace that can be directly accessed from one of the kitchens. There are bike hangers mounted on the terrace walls that everyone can use. In the basement there are washing machines and dryers that can be used in exchange for coins.
