Dear WG-seekers
I am Goli and I'm going to move out of my room. I like to rent my room to a new nice girl who fits our WG people. We prefer someone who plans to stay long-term.
The room is in a 6er shared flat in Sülz. Our flat is a two-story flat, the room is located on the upper floor and is about 12m². There is a big window and the WLAN reception is very good. The room is not furnished though there is some furniture that you can use if you like. Also, I plan to sell my bed and desk for 80 Euro and it will be most convenient if the next tenant buys it from me.
Also on the upper floor are three other rooms; as well as a bathroom with a bathtub. Through one of the rooms, you can reach the first balcony of our shared apartment.
On the lower floor, there are two more rooms, our large kitchen, our storage room and the second bathroom with our washing machine and dryer. There is of course a dishwasher, as well as two large refrigerators.
Through the two rooms, you can reach our second balcony, which you could almost call a small terrace. In the hallway downstairs are two couches and a beamer setup for movie nights.
Our building has an elevator and two bike rooms and a big basement that is accessible via elevator in the two basement floors.
The rent is 360€ per month in total with electricity, internet and everything.
Smoking in the flat or on the balconies is not allowed.

ich bin Goli und ich werde aus meinem Zimmer ausziehen. Ich möchte mein Zimmer an ein neues nettes Mädchen vermieten, das zu unseren WG-Leuten passt. Wir bevorzugen jemanden, der vorhat, langfristig zu bleiben.
Das Zimmer befindet sich in einer 6er WG in Sülz. Unsere Wohnung ist eine zweistöckige Wohnung, das Zimmer liegt im oberen Stockwerk und ist ca. 12m² groß. Es hat ein großes Fenster und der WLAN-Empfang ist sehr gut. Das Zimmer ist nicht möbliert, aber es gibt ein paar Möbel, die man benutzen kann, wenn man möchte. Außerdem habe ich vor, mein Bett und meinen Schreibtisch für 80 Euro zu verkaufen, und es wäre am günstigsten, wenn der Nachmieter sie von mir kauft.
Im Obergeschoss befinden sich noch drei weitere Zimmer sowie ein Badezimmer mit Badewanne. Durch eines der Zimmer gelangt man auf den ersten Balkon unserer Wohngemeinschaft.
In der unteren Etage befinden sich zwei weitere Zimmer, unsere große Küche, unser Abstellraum und das zweite Bad mit unserer Waschmaschine und unserem Trockner. Natürlich gibt es auch eine Spülmaschine und zwei große Kühlschränke.
Durch die beiden Zimmer gelangt man auf unseren zweiten Balkon, den man fast als kleine Terrasse bezeichnen könnte. Im Flur im Erdgeschoss stehen zwei Sofas und ein Beamer für Filmabende.
Unser Gebäude verfügt über einen Aufzug und zwei Fahrradräume sowie einen großen Keller, der über einen Aufzug in den beiden Untergeschossen erreichbar ist.
Die Miete beträgt insgesamt 370€ pro Monat mit Strom, Internet und allem.
Rauchen in der Wohnung oder auf den Balkonen ist nicht erlaubt.
Just in 15 minutes you can reach to the city center by bus or tram and the station is just 5 minutes away. supermarkets like Rewe, Aldi or LIDL are less than 10 minutes to reach.
Cologn University is in 10 minutes the same distance to Folksgarten.
In nur 15 Minuten erreichen Sie das Stadtzentrum mit Bus oder Straßenbahn und der Bahnhof ist nur 5 Minuten entfernt. Supermärkte wie Rewe, Aldi oder LIDL sind in weniger als 10 Minuten zu erreichen.
Die Kölner Universität ist in 10 Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen, ebenso wie der Volksgarten.
Katharina(26) , Paula(28) , Yannik(30), Ruben(25) and Conner(29) live in this flat .
Katharina works full time, Paula and Yannik are master students and worpart-timeme along their education and Ruben and Conner are studying and working part-time .
We love to spend time to gather, have movie night and game night or cook together as much as possible.
Katharina(26) , Paula(28) , Yannik(30), Ruben(25) und Conner(29) leben in dieser Wohnung.
Katharinaarbeitet Vollzeit, Paula und Yannik sind Masterstudenten und arbeiten Teilzeit neben ihrer Ausbildung und Ruben und Conner studieren und arbeiten Teilzeit.
Wir lieben es, Zeit miteinander zu verbringen, Film- und Spieleabende zu veranstalten und so oft wie möglich gemeinsam zu kochen.
