28 years old Student at Anhalt university looking for a furnished single room in köthen for the first stay in Germany.

Bahaaeldin, 28 year-old Egyptian. My journey for traveling to Germany started 3 years ago and today my dream came true. My study for a molecular biotechnology master degree in Hochschule Anhalt starts on the first of October and that will be my first day in Germany. I know from my heart that despite all the difficulties I faced to get an admission and the visa processing. The hardest is still waiting for me once my actual journey in Germany starts. What is more important to me that I respect the others privacy and I wish to receive the same. I am looking for a single room in shared flat or a single room Appartment with affordable rent. It can be with guys or girls as I have no issues who will share the Appartment with me. It will be better if the room or the Apartment is furnished as it is my first visit to Germany and I still have no idea how and where i can get the needed furniture. I will appreciate any response and much more the fast help. Thanks in advance.
