entspannte WG in Königsbau sucht Nachmieter/-in für ein schönes Studentenzimmer. Eingezogen kann ab dem 1.04 werden und der Mietvertrag ist bis zum 30.09. befristet, weil die WG danach von Vermieter Seite aufgelöst wird.
Zuallererst, wie den Fotos entnommen werden kann, befindet sich an der einen Seite des Zimmers etwas Schimmel an der Decke. Die Vermieterin (ich bin nicht der Vermieter nur Mitbewohner!) möchte das Zimmer trotzdem vermieten und wird es dann nach der Auflösung der WG im Oktober renovieren.
Die Wohnung befindet sich in im Stadtviertel Königsbau und ist nur 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad von der Uni entfernt. Der Kaufland am Zähringer Platz befindet sich nur 5 Minuten Gehzeit von unserem Standort weit weg. Das Stadtzentrum und der Rhein sind in 10 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad erreichbar. Das Zimmer ist NICHT möbliert. In der Wohnung befindet sich alles was man braucht (Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine,..) und funktioniert alles einwandfrei. Die Wohnung hat zwei Balkone, wovon einer von deinem Zimmer aus betretbar ist und der andere von der Küche aus geht.
Zusammen wirst du mit mir und Lukas zusammenwohnen. Ich bin 23 Jahre, studiere Political Economy im Master und gehe häufig Bouldern und Klettern. Am wichtigsten ist hier das entspannte und stressfreie zusammenleben, wenn du darauf Lust hast melde dich :)

I am looking for a new tenant for a 19 square metre room in Konstanz Königsbau from the 1st of April until the 30th of September.
IMPORTANT: As you can see on the uploaded photos there is some mould at the ceiling. The owner (not me I am just your flatmate) still wants to rent the room until September. Then she will dissolve the shared flat and renovate the whole flat.
The district is just 10 minutes by bike from the university and the supermarket. Several other stores are 5 minutes by foot. You can reach the city centre with the bike in 10 minutes as well, furthermore, there are many busses in this direction. The flat is in good condition and contains a dishwasher, a washing machine and two balconies. Two persons are leaving the flat soon, so that I am the only person left. I am 23 years old, studying Political Economy in my master's and love climbing and bouldering. I am looking for a relaxed person and a harmonius living together.
