Das Zimmer ist hell, voll-möbliert und vor allem sehr groß (25 m2).
Ihr teilt euch die Wohnung (große Wohnküche, Bad und Dachterrasse) mit einer netten Mitbewohnerin.
Die Miete inkl. Internet, Strom und Heizung beträgt monatlich 630EUR.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral (10 min Laufweg zur Innenstadt, 5 min zur HTWG und 15 min zur Uni).
Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, Supermärkte, Post und Bushaltestelle sind in der unmittelbaren Umgebung.

I am looking for a tenant (female) to take over my room starting Aug. 15th.
The room is very big (25 m2) and is fully furnished.
You will be living with a nice flatmate, sharing the kitchen and the bathroom.
The complete rent including internet, electricity, and heating is 630EUR per month.
The apartment is very central (10 min walking distance to the city center, 5 min to the HTWG, and 15 min to uni). You will find all you need in a walking distance (shopping facilities, grocery stores, post office, and a bus stop).
