As of mid/end November, a room comes free in a 2-person shared flat in Zyfflich, Kranenburg.
The flat has a total area of about 100 m² and is fully furnished. The living room with dining area is huge and very light. From there you can access the balcony, which is also large and has a nice view of the greenery. The kitchen is spacious and well equipped. Bathroom and toilet are separate, a washing machine is available. The two bedrooms are about 10 and 16 m² and also fully furnished with bed, wardrobe, desk.
Zyfflich is a small, very quiet and beautifully situated village near the Dutch border. It is surrounded by fields and has two swimming lakes. The Duivelsberg, a great area for hiking or running, is also nearby. However, this comes at a price; it is difficult to reach by public transport. The room is therefore best suited for someone who has a car/moped or is a passionate cyclist. Nijmegen can be reached in 15 min by car or about 30 min by bike.
You will share the flat with me, Freia (27). I am currently doing my PhD at the Radboud University Medical Center and am quite enthusiastic about it. That is, I'm not home much during the week, but when I am, I'm always up for a chat over breakfast, or cooking together. I am looking for a friendly, responsible, and rather quiet flatmate that doesn´t bother a small piano (with headphones of course) in the living room. The landlord prefers medium/longer-term renters that stay for at least 1-2 years.

Ab Mitte/Ende November wird ein Zimmer in einer 2er-WG in Zyfflich, Kranenburg frei.
Die Wohnung hat eine Gesamtfläche von ca. 100 m² und ist voll möbliert. Wohnzimmer und Essbereich sind groß und sehr hell. Von dort aus gelangt man auf den Balkon, der ebenfalls sehr groß ist und eine schöne Aussicht ins Grüne hat. Die Küche ist geräumig und gut ausgestattet. Bad und Toilette sind getrennt, eine Waschmaschine ist vorhanden. Die beiden Schlafzimmer sind ca. 10 und 16 m² groß und ebenfalls komplett eingerichtet mit Bett, Schrank, Regal/Kommode und Schreibtisch.
Zyfflich ist ein kleines, sehr ruhig und schön gelegenes Dorf nahe der niederländischen Grenze. Es ist von Feldern umgeben und hat zwei Badeseen. Der Duivelsberg, toll zum Wandern und Laufen, ist auch nicht weit. Das hat allerdings seinen Preis: mit öffentlichen Verkehrsmitteln ist Zyfflich nur schwer zu erreichen. Das Zimmer ist daher am besten für jemanden geeignet, der ein Auto/Moped hat oder leidenschaftlicher Radfahrer ist. Nach Nijmegen braucht man ca. 15 Minuten mit dem Auto oder 30 Minuten mit dem Fahrrad.
Du teilst dir die Wohnung mit mir, Freia (27). Ich bin Doktorandin am Radboudumc in Nijmegen und mit ziemlicher Begeisterung bei der Sache. Dementsprechend bin ich unter der Woche nicht allzu viel zu Hause; wenn doch, bin ich aber immer gerne für ein nettes Gespräch beim Frühstück oder gemeinsames Kochen zu haben. Ich suche eine/einen freundlichen, verantwortungsvollen und eher ruhigen Mitbewohner, den ein kleines Klavier (natürlich mit Kopfhörern) im Wohnzimmer nicht stört. Der Vermieter bevorzugt mittel-/langfristige Mieter, die mindestens 1-2 Jahre bleiben.

The shared flat is located in Zyfflich close to Nijmegen (9 km to Radboud University) and Kranenburg (6 km). There are regular bus connections from Beek (2 km) or Wyler (3 km). The closest supermarkets are in Beek or Kranenburg (ALDI, REWE, Penny, Müller, dm).
Die WG befindet sich in Zyfflich, nach Nijmegen an die Uni sind es 9 km, nach Kranenburg 6 km. Regelmäßig Busverbindungen gibt es von Beek (2 km) oder Wyler (3 km) aus. Die nächsten Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Beek oder Kranenburg (ALDI, REWE, Penny, Müller, dm).
