Du bist vielleicht für ein Praktikum ein paar Wochen in Krems? Oder hast eine Saisonstelle in der Tourismusregion? Vielleicht ist dieses Zimmer genau etwas für dich.
Ich vermiete mein vollmöbliertes Zimmer (Zimmer 3 am Grundriss) unter, während ich im Praktikum im Ausland bin.
Darin steht ein 140x200 cm Bett, einen Schreibtisch, ein Bücherregal und einen Kleiderschrank. Es ist sehr hell und das Fenster geht in den ruhigen Innenhof. Die große Terrasse bietet ein feines Plätzchen zum Chillen, Lernen oder mit Freunden einen Spritzer zu trinken. Die Küche ist ebenfalls mit Kühlschrank, Backofen, Ceranfeld-platte, Geschirrspüler, Kaffeemaschine, etc. voll ausgestattet.
Der Wohnbereich lädt zum gemeinsamen Essen, Kochen oder für Filmabende ein - einmal auf der Couch gesessen und wird schwer wieder aufzustehen, mein tägliches Problem ;)

You're doing a placement/traineeship in or close to Krems? You've got a job in the region for the summer season? Maybe this room is just right for you.
I'm renting out my fully furnished room (Zimmer 3) while I'm away for a traineeship myself. It contains a 140x200 cm bed, a desk, a chair, a wardrobe as well as a bookshelf. The room has a lot of light and yet it still stays cool in summer. The big terrace is the perfect place to spend a warm summer night chilling, studying or drinking a spitz with friends. The kitchen has everything you could wish for - a dishwasher, an oven, a stove top, a microwave, a coffeemachine and a fridge. There is a washing machine in the bathroom.
Die Wohnung liegt sehr zentral mit dem Bahnhof sowie der Innenstadt in 6 Minuten erreichbar. Der Hauptcampus der IMC ist zu Fuß in 15 Minuten und mit dem Rad in wenigen Minuten erreichbar. Sämtliche Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind fu0läufig schnell erreichbar. Man ist aber auch sehr schnell in der Natur - ob an der Donau oder auf dem Kreuzbergl - beides sehr empfehlenswert.

The apartment/flat is located very central with only a few minutes by foot to the shops in the city center as well as to the train station. The main IMC campus is about 15 walking minutes away. As fast as in the center you can find yourself enjoying a walk along the Danube or in the vinyards overlooking Krems.
Ich und meine Kollegin sind im Praktikum, während unser dritter WG-Kollege in der Wohnung bleibt. Wir haben ein super nettes WG-Leben, sitzen auch gerne mal zusammen. Auch er ist Student hier in Krems.
Ich vermiete es offensichtlich unter, weil ich so gerne hier wohne und mich nach meinem Auslandaufenthalt wieder auf die Zeit in Krems hier freue.

The kitchen-living-dining room is very inviting and we frequently eat a meal together and enjoy a movie night afterwards.
A colleague of mine is renting her room as well because she's away as well. The third roomy will stay over summer. He's in his early twenties and a student in Krems.
