Das Zimmer hat 10m² und eine etwas höhere Decke, was es recht offen und angenehm macht. Es hat ein großes Fenster zur Alten Bergstraße. Es ist wie die ganze Wohnung ein Nichtraucherzimmer. Es gibt ein voll eingerichtetes Wohnzimmer mit TV Reciever etc und eine eingerichtete Essküche mit Platz auch für mehr Personen.
Sehr zentrale Wohnung nur ca. 1 min in die Altstadt von Landsberg.
Dauerhafte Parkplätze sind in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen.
Bus und Bahnhof sind auch in ein paar Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar.
Als Einkaufsmöglichkeit gibt es in ca. 10 Gehminuten einen Netto und einen Cap oder in 15 Gehmimuten den Kaufland.
Wir sind eine aufgeschlossene und entspannte WG. Gerne kochen wir zusammen oder machen einen Spieleabend bzw. schaun zusammen Filme.
