Alle Zimmer sind bequem über den Eingangsbereich und den Flur zu betreten, da die Wohnung für eine WG sehr gut geeignet ist. Der große Süd-Balkon, die Küche, Bad und ein zusätzliches WC sind für alle Mitbewohner einfach zu erreichen.Die gepflegte, helle Wohnung ist im 1. Stock, es gibt einen großen Keller mit Waschmaschine und Parkplätze vor dem Haus.
Das 3-Familien-Haus befindet sich in einer ruhigen Wohnstraße.
Mobilität in der Stadt ist mit dem Fahrrad oder dem Stadtbus gut machbar.
Wir haben übrigens auch eine sehr gute und harmonische Hausgemeinschaft.
Miriam macht zur Zeit eine handwerkliche Ausbildung und die beiden Jungs sind in technischen Berufen aktiv.
Im Zimmerpreis von 370 Euro sind alle Kosten enthalten, auch PKW-Stellplatz, Strom, GEZ und Internet.
Ich selbst vermiete diese Wohnung als WG, aber ich wohne nicht dort.
