Looking for an Accomadation

I saw your ad for the room in Landshut is it still available? My name is Tom Tojo, I am 24 years old, I am from India and I did my master in commerce in my country. Since I will do my Master at the Landshut university, I am very interested in your beautiful 3-person flat share. I am looking for a flat from 30 April 2023 as I have not received my German student visa yet and the exact date of my arrival is yet to be confirmed.


As you mentioned, I am also a very friendly person and love to make new friends. I like spending my free time with friends, travelling to new places and cooking new recipes. I am always happy to have a glass of wine and have good conversations with friends or go to new cafes or restaurants. I hope we can do such activities together, don't you?


In India, I lived in a shared apartment with 4 international friends and over the years we have developed a strong friendship through travelling, cooking, sharing everything we have and doing things together. I believe that supporting each other in everyday life leads to stronger friendships.

The pictures of the flat share look beautiful and cosy. I also think it's great that the flat share is centrally located and close to the university. I love being in nature. It would also be very convenient for me to go to university of Landshut.

As per your request, I am happy that we have a cleaning schedule where everyone cleans the bathroom and kitchen once every 5 weeks and I am a very clean and tidy person so I would love to do it .
