Die Wohnung befindet sich in Las Palmas, fünf Minuten Gehweg vom Playa de Las Canteras entfernt. Die Lage ist optimal für Surfer, Studenten sowie Urlauber.
Das Zimmer ist ab dem ersten Juli bewohnbar bis Ende August. Urlauber können das Zimmer auch pro Woche mieten.
Die monatliche Miete beträgt 320€ pro Zimmer, inklusive:
Wasser, Strom, Gas, Wifi, Waschmaschine, Spülmaschine, Kühl- und Gefrierschrank, Mikrowelle, Herd, Ofen, TV, modernes Badezimmer mit geräumiger Dusche
Das Zimmer enthalten: Balkon, Bett (1,40m x 1,80m), Schrank, Schreibtisch, Bettwäsche und Handtücher — hier: Playa de Las Canteras.
I am looking for someone to rent one room in a shared flat (for in total 3 persons) from start of july till the end of august
the location (las canteras) is perfect for surfers, students and people on vacacion.
the costs are 320€/month (everything included)
the rooms are equiped with a bed (1,4m*1,8m), wardrobe, desk, towels and bed linen.
there is a big and completely new and modern kitches which comes with washing machine, dishwasher, fridge+freezer, microwave, tv and oven
the bathroom is also very modern with a very big shower
