Die Wohnung liegt im Hochparterre, das Zimmer schaut auf die vormittags belebte Uhlandstraße (vis-à-vis befindet sich eine Schule). Es gibt ein eigenes Kellerabteil sowie etwas allgemein verfügbaren Platz im Keller. Die Küche ist mit einem Ceran-Kochfeld und einem Backofen ausgestattet. Spülmaschine gibt’s keine, dafür Waschmaschine in der Küche.
Das Zimmer wird vollmöbliert (wie auf den Fotos) übergeben – sofern diese mit Rücksicht behandelt werden, können die Möbel benutzt werden (freie Fächer in den Schränken etc.). Bettwäsche kann genutzt werden, wird frisch gewaschen zur Verfügung gestellt.
Unsere Mitbewohnerin Johanna ist 20 Jahre alt, studiert seit Oktober Medientechnik und ist eine offene, liebenswerte Person.
Normalerweise führen wir ein recht aktives WG-Leben, kochen und spielen zusammen, das sei Dir frei gestellt. Wichtig wäre noch, dass gemeinsam der Sauberkeit Sorge getragen wird, auch wenn Du nicht lange da bist!

The flat is located on raised ground floor; the room faces Uhlandstraße (which will be quite calm in summer since there is a school). We have a private department in the basement and some extra space in the basement for bikes, etc. The kitchen has a ceran-stove as well as an oven. There is no dishwasher; instead, there is a washing machine.
All the furniture that is seen on the pictures can be used (with care, please).
Our flatmate Johanna is 20 years old, studies Medientechnik since October and she’s a very open, loveable person. Usually, WG-life is very active, we cook a lot and play games together, but that is not obligatory, of course. One more thing worth mentioning: we like to keep the flat fairly clean, so please be prepared to contribute to this matter.
