Das Zimmer hat zwei Fenster, eins nach Osten und eins nach Süden:), befindet sich also an der Ecke des Hauses. Dadurch ist es sehr hell und sonnig, allerdings durch den Trambahnhof direkt auf der andern Seite des kleinen Bächleins neben dem Haus, auch nicht ganz leise. Ich werde meine Sachen größtenteils da lassen, dir aber genug Platz für deine persönlichen Sachen schaffen. Zum Schlafen benutze ich einen Futon, den man morgens einfach aufrollt, dadurch lüftet und gleich mehr Platz hat. Du kannst ihn gerne benutzen, solange du ihn aufrollst ;), oder dir eine angenehmere eigene Schlafstätte mitbringen.
wichtig: am 3. Februar wird das Zimmer spätestens verfügbar sein! es kann auch sein, dass es schon ein bisschen früher frei wird. Das Zimmer wird mindestens bis zum 3. Mai frei sein, vielleicht aber auch länger.

The room got 2 windows, on to the east and one to the south, so you get a lot of light and sun :). Because of the tram-depot right next to the building its quite noisy, but with closed windows totally fine. I will leave some of my furniture and personal things in my room, but i will make sure to give you enough space for your own things. For sleeping i use a Futon. You can use it under the condition that you roll the Futon every morning, so it gets some air and you have more space :).
important to know: the room will be free the latest at the 3rd of februray (maybe even earlier) and at least until the 3rd of may (maybe longer)
Du wohnst direkt am Straßenbahnhof Angerbrücke. Von hier ist es nur ein Katzensprung...egal wohin. Der Palmengarten (3min entfernt) lädt zum spazieren und jonglieren ein. Stadtauswärts gefahren kommt man direkt an den Lindenauer Markt mit allen Einkaufsmöglichkeiten die man braucht und natürlich "Mari" (unser Lieblings-Pizza und Dönerladen:)

You are living right next to the tram station "Angebrücke". 5 minutes walking towards the city center there is a nice parc called "Palmengarten". 5 minutes in the opposite direction you will be at Lindenauer Markt where you can fin supermarkets (Kaufland), various other shops and "Mari" our favourite Döner- and Pizza-shop :)
Da mein Mitbewohner über den Winter seine Familie in Neuseeland besuchen wird und sein Zimmer ebenfalls untervermieten wird, kann ich dir noch nicht sagen mit wem Du zusammen wohnen wirst. Wir sind nicht pingelig, was Sauberkeit angeht, aber achten doch darauf, dass ab und zu geputzt wird.
Falls Du zufällig mit einem/r FreundIn zusammen ziehen willst, kontaktiere mich doch bitte, vielleicht lässt es sich einrichten, dass ihr zusammen diese Wohnung für 3-4 Monate übernehmt. Das Zimmer meines Mitbewohners (es hat die gleiche Größe und Schnitt wie meines nur ein Fenster weniger) wird vorraussichtlich am 24.01.23 frei.
p.s: es könnte sein, dass du dein zimmer mit ein, zwei instrumenten teilen musst: namentlich einer einem Banjo und einem keyboard...
english: Because my flatmate will visit his family in new zeeland his room will be free too. thats why i cant tell you yet who will be your flatmate. We are not the super tidy kind of people, but we appreciate if everything gets cleaned once in a while and stays functional! If you are looking forward to move together with a freind of yours, please contact me, maybe its possible that the two of you take over the whole flat for at least 3 month. my flatmates flight is on the 24th of january and he will be away for at least 3 month. the room of my flatmate got the same size and proportions as mine, just one window less.
p.s: it could happen that you will have to share your room with one or 2 instruments: banjo and keyboard
Wir sind stolze Besitzer eines Gasherds. Das bedeutet, dass ca. alle 4 Monate eine neue Gasflasche her muss. Man geht dafür zu toom oder einer Tankstelle, die TYSKA-Gasflaschen (11kg) verkauft und tauscht eine leere gegen eine volle (ca. 25 Eur).
Wir haben für den schlimmsten aller Fälle auch einen Gasmelder in der Wohnung, da wenn die Regler des Herdes nicht auf null stehen, das gas weiterhin ströhmt! Die WLan Situation ist derzeit unklar, ich versuche aber noch eine Lösung zu finden.
Schreib gern ein paar Zeilen über Dich, damit wir uns ein Bild von dir machen können.

We are proud owners of a gas stove. that means that more or less every 4 month we need to buy a new gas bottle: so you go to toom or a gasstation that sells TYSKA gas bottles (11 kg) and you switch the empty one for a full one (ca. 25 Eur.). For the worst case we have a gasdetector in the kitchen because the gas will keep flowing if the stove isnt switched off! The situation with the wifi right now i not so clear... i will try to find a solution.
