Das Zimmer ist sehr hell (südosten), hat Echtholzboden und funktionierende Zentralheizung. Ich lasse auch meine Möbel drin, sodass du alles hast, was man so braucht. Der Rest der Wohnung ziemlich groß (28 qm Küche und 9 qm Balkon!), da kannst du dich auch ausbreiten wenn du magst ;)
The room is very bright with wood floor and central heating. Very cosy overall. I will leave my furniture and if you want also bedding, towels etc. so you'll find everything you need. The community space is quite big (28 sqm kitchen and 9 sqm balcony) so you'll have plenty of room to do your thing ;)
Wir wohnen im sexy Altlindenau, auf der Georg-Schwarz-Straße. Hier gibts viele Hausprojekte, der Lindenauer Markt ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt, die Karl-Heine-Straße mit Cafés, süßen Lädchen und Kino zehn. Zur nächsten Bahnhaltestelle lässt es sich im Notfall super innerhalb von wenigen Sekunden sprinten. Der Palmengarten ist nur fünf Fahrradminuten entfernt, der Auwald ebenso - man kann also auch recht schnell ins Grüne flüchten, wenn man mag.
The flat is on Georg-Schwarz-Straße in the West of Leipzig, very close to Lindenauer Markt, Karl-Heine-Straße, Palmengarten and Auwald. There's a lot of Cafes and cool hang-out areas around.
Ich (Sarah) treibe mich für ein paar Monate in der Weltgeschichte rum und mein Zimmer inklusive toller Mitbewohnis ist daher frei. Du würdest mit Barbara (colombiana) und Toni (italiano) wohnen. Barbara hat sehr viel Energie, die sie in verschiedene Projekte steckt und graphic designed was das Zeug hält, manchmal sprüht sie auch Katzen an Wände. Sie mag Musik, Tanz und gutes Essen und macht die besten Arrepas und Banana Pancakes. Toni macht mal dies und das, um sich über Wasser zu halten, kann krassgut zeichnen und möchte vielleicht eine Ausbildung zum Tättowierer anfangen. Und er kocht meistens italienisch. Wir sprechen meistens Englisch, Deutsch, Spanisch, Italienisch und alles dazwischen geht aber auch.
Die community in der Wohnung ist familiär und ziemlich chillig. Wir hängen öfter in unserer riesigen Küche ab, die sich hervorragend zum Freunde einladen, kochen oder einfach nur auf der Couch versumpfen eignet. Hier wird gequascht, gespielt, manchmal gibt es auch die ein oder andere partyeske Eskalation. Einen großen Balkon zum grünen Hinterhof haben wir auch, falls du also gärtnerische Ambitionen hast gibts dafür genügend Raum. Allgemein ist die Wohnung ziemlich groß und du kannst dich überall mit einbringen und austoben wenn du magst.
English:
I (Sarah) am traveling for a few months, so my room will be free from May to early August. The flat is quite spacious with pretty chill vibes. We hang out in our huge kitchen a lot and there's plenty of space for bringing friends. You'll live with Toni (italiano) and Barbara (colombiana). Barbie has a lot of energy and is always busy with different kinds of projects. She works as a graphic designer, likes music, dancing and good food. She makes the best Areppas and Banana Pancakes. Toni is always finding new ways to make money, incredibly good at drawing stuff (seriously, its crazy!) and thinking about becoming a tattoo artist. He also cooks italian a lot of the time.
We usually speak English in the flat, but German, Spanisch and - at least with Toni - Italian is also an option.
