[ die Wohnung ]
Die Wohnung ist Teil eines Plattenbaus und liegt im 5. Stock (kein Aufzug!). Sie hat 3 Zimmer + Küche + Bad + Balkon und einen sehr großen Flur mit Abstellabteil. Ein Fahrradraum und ein kleiner Kellerabteil befinden sich im Erdgeschoss.
Alle Zimmer außer dem Bad haben große Fenster, wodurch es tagsüber sehr hell ist.
Die Wohnung bietet mit insgesamt 90m² äußerst viel Platz in den Gemeinschaftsräumen, das zu vermietende Zimmer ist jedoch äußerst klein.

Da gibts nicht viel zu sagen, es hat gute 10m² wird komplett unmöbliert vermietet und ist das zweite Zimmer nach dem Hauseingang.

[ the apartment ]
The apartment is part of a prefabricated building and is located on the 5th floor (no elevator!). It has 3 rooms + kitchen + bathroom + balcony and a very large hallway with storage compartment. A bicycle room and a small cellar compartment are on the first floor.
All rooms except the bathroom have large windows, which makes it very bright during the day.
The apartment with a total of 90m² offers extremely much space in the common areas but the room for rent is extremely small.

There is not much to say, it is about 10m² and will be rent completely unfurnished and is the 2nd room after the house entrance.

Die Wohnung liegt in Grünau-Mitte, somit an der westlichen Stadtgrenze von Leipzig. Die Gegend ist sehr ruhig, da es sich in einer Sackgasse befindet.
Der schnellste Weg ins Stadtzentrum ist mit der S-Bahn (20min Fahrtzeit). Zur Uni braucht man ungefähr genauso lange mit der Tram, allerdings sind noch bis zum 01.12 Bauarbeiten, sodass ich das gerade leider nicht genau prüfen kann.

The apartment is located in Grünau-Mitte, thus at the western city limits of Leipzig. The area is very quiet as it is located in a dead end street.
The fastest way to the city center is by train (20min ride). To the university you need about the same time with the tram, but there is construction work until 1st of december, so I can not check the exact time at the moment.

Ich würde mich im Alltag als eher ruhigen, lockeren Typen beschreiben, habe aber nichts gegen Lärm durch Musik, toxisches Gaming, Hauspartys o. Ä. solange ich nicht gerade fürs Studium lerne. Keine Sorge, kommt seltenst vor. :-D
Ich besitze 2 Katzen, auf die muss etwas Rücksicht genommen werden, logisch. Dein Zimmer musst Du Ihnen aber selbstverständlich nicht zur Verfügung stellen, wenn Du das nicht möchtest.
Was die Gestaltung der Wohnung oder das Zusammenleben betrifft, bin ich sehr offen für Vorschläge und Kompromisse.
Ich suche keine bestimmte Person. Alter, Herkunft, whatever, spielen keine Rolle. Komm vorbei, lass uns schnacken und wenns passt, dann passts. :-)

I would describe myself as a chill guy in everyday life, but I don't mind noise from music, gaming rage, house parties or the like as long as I'm not studying for my degree. Don't worry, it rarely happens. :-D
I own 2 cats, they have to be taken into consideration. But of course you don't have to make your room available to them if you don't want to.
As for the design of the apartment or living together, I am very open to suggestions and compromises.
I am not looking for a specific person. Age, origin, whatever, do not matter. Come over, let's chat and if it fits, it fits. :-)

Auf den Bildern befinden sich noch ein paar wenige Einrichtungsgegenstände die mit dem aktuellen Mitbewohner ausziehen.
Wie man auf den Bildern sieht, hatte ich ohnehin noch nicht die Muße das volle Potenzial der Wohnung auszuschöpfen, bring Dich gerne bei der Gestaltung mit ein. :-)

There are still a few furnishings in the pictures that are moving out with the current roommate.
As you can see from the pictures, I have not yet had the leisure to exploit the full potential of the apartment anyway, feel free to bring you in the design. :-)
