Das Zimmer ist ein helles Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim der Johann-R-Becher Straße. Es ist möbiliert mit allem was man braucht, bietet aber Platz für eigenen Kram. Durch die roßen Fenster ist es sehr hell.
Im Gebäude befinden sich außerdem ein Fitnessraum und ein Studentenclub.

The room is very light, and is part of a student dormitory. It is fully furnished with everything you need, but leaves enough space for your own stuff or extra furniture. Because of the big windows, it is very light and friendly.
In the buildig there is also a fitness room, and a student club.
Die Lage ist unschlagbar, vorallem für die geringe Miete. Innerhalb von 2 Minuten ist man an der Haltestelle Moritzhof, wo die Tram abfährt die einen auf direktem Weg in die Innenstadt bringt. Innerhalb von 15 bis 20 Minuten erreicht man den Hauptbahnhof, die Uni, und die Innenstadt. Mit dem Fahrrad ist man sogar noch schneller. Auch nur 2 Minuten entfernt sind viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten, ein Konsum, ein Penny, Drogerie, eine Buchhandlung und Essensmöglichkeiten. Direkt nebne dem Wohnheim liegt der Erholungspark Lößnig mit dem Silbersee, an dem man wunderbar joggen oder spazieren kann.
The Locaion is really good, especially considering the affordable rent. Within two minutes, you can reach the Tram- and Busstation Motritzhof, where Tram brings you directly to the city center. Within 15 to 20 minutes you can reach the university, main station, and the city centre. With a bike, you`ll be even faster. Also just 2 minutes away are many opportunitties for shopping, like supermarkets, drug stores and a bookshop. Just next to the building, there is a large park and a lake, where you can go jogging beautifully.
