Hi, ich bin hier auf der Suche nach einer Mitbewohnerin. Ich wohne jetzt seit Oktober in Leipzig und studiere hier an der HTWK. Momentan wohne ich alleine in einer sehr großen Wohnung mit 2 Bädern, weshalb ich auf der Suche nach Mitbewohnern bin. Die Wognung ist sehr hell und warm, da es eine Dachgeschosswohnung ist. Ein Tiefgaragenstellplatz wäre gegen Aufpreis vorhanden, jedoch kann man immer sehr gut vor der Haustür parken. Ein Fahrstuhl ist auch vorhanden und mit der bahn ist man in 19 Minuten am Hauptbahnhof.
Wenn ihr Interesse habt, schreibt mir gerne und wenn alles passt, kann man sich ja vielleicht mal kennen lernen.
Die Wohnung liegt in Leipzig Leutzsch, hat aber jedoch eine Bushaltestelle fast vir der Haustür und die nähcste Straßenbahnstation und ser S-Bahnhof sind in 10 minuten zu Fuß zu erreichen. Außerdem braucht man mit dem Auto zur Autobahn nichy sehr lange, da die Wohnung nicht direkt im Zentrum liegt.
