The room is facing north and has a size of 15/16 square meters. One big window and not so much sun. The kitchen and the toilet get most of the sun! Otherwise it is still a surprisingly bright room. The ceilings are around 3.5 meters (so it is suitable for a high bed) and it has stucco.
We also have a spare toilet so people can shower in peace without worrying about hogging the bathroom.
The tram is about 5-6 minutes away to any direction you want to go to. Also the bus connections go straight through Lutzner str. Kaufland and Rewe are just around the corner, as well as Im Angebot.
5 minute walk to palmengarten! Petrol station, Karl-Heine Str. with lots of restaurants, bars, etc.
We are two guys, and we barely speak german.
Etienne (27), from France. He is into music and is also a very good DJ. Likes cooking.
Alan (29), from Venezuela. Into making music, playing guitar and juggling. Also likes cooking a lot.
Vegetarian or Vegan diet is prefered but not necessary.
