Es wird ein großes, lichtdurchflutetes Zimmer im Studentenwohnheim frei, daher richtet sich dieses Angebot auch nur an Studierende. Das Zimmer ist in einer Zweier Wg und befindet sich im ersten Stock. Aufgrund der Südlage und der Straßemnabgewandheit ist es immer sehr hell und leise. Das Zimmer kommt mit einem Bett, Schrank, Regal und Schreibtisch, dies wird alles vom Studentenwerk gestellt. ZUr Miete kommen KEINE weiteren Kosten hinzu, da selbst INternet gestellt wird.

A large, light-flooded room in a student residence is becoming available, which is why this offer is only aimed at students. The room is in a shared flat for two and is on the second floor. Due to its south-facing location and distance from the street, it is always very bright and quiet. The room comes with a bed, wardrobe, shelf and desk, all provided by the Studentenwerk. There are NO further costs in addition to the rent, as even INternet is provided.
Man erreicht innerhalb von 2 min die Linie 16, mit der man innerhalb von ca 12 min in der Innenstadt ist. Ebenfalls ist die Karli in weniger als 10 min zu erreichen. Rund 150m vom Wohnheim befindet sich ein sehr gut ausgestatteter LIDL, sowohl wie ein Bäcker. Man erreicht zusätzlich recht schnell das Völkerschlachtsdenkmal, eine Apotheke, Tischtennisplatten und einen Park.
You can reach line 16 within 2 minutes, which takes you to the city center in about 12 minutes. The Karli can also be reached in less than 10 minutes. There is a very well-stocked supermarket and a bakery around 150m from the hall of residence. The Völkerschlachtsdenkmal, a pharmacy, table tennis tables and a park are also within easy reach.
Das zweite WG Zimmer wird ebenfalls frei. Dies ist dabei allerdings kleiner (ca.13qm). Falls ihr also Leute kennt mit denen ihr einziehen wollt könnt ihr mir auch wegen beiden Zimmern schreiben.
The second room will also be free, it is a litlle bit smaller tho. If you know a person you wanna move in with, you can also apply for both rooms at the same time.
