Achtung wir haben die angebotenen Zimmer geändert, weil wir uns spontani entschieden haben selber auch die Zimmer zu tauschen / Change of rooms offered due to unforeseen circumstances. Sorry for any inconvenience!
Bei uns in der Wg ist Umbruchsstimmung angesagt. Ab 1. Mai werden hier zwei Zimmer frei.
Das Zimmer numero uno ist das größte Zimmer in der Wohnung. Es ist sehr hell und wird sein Licht und seine schönen Deckenleisten demjenigen zeigen, der es adoptieren möchte. Es ist 20qm groß und kostet ca. 400 Euro.
Das zweite Zimmer ist 18 qm groß, hat auch ein paar schöne Fenster, durch die die Sonne reinscheint, hohe decken und kostet ca 380 Euro. Luise würde sich freuen wenn das Plateaubett übernommen wird, ist aber kein Muss.
(die Preise könnten sich noch ein bisschen ändern (hoffentlich nach unten), da wir warscheinlich Strom und Internetverträge neu abschließen)
Beide Zimmer sind in einer wunderschönen Altbauwohnung mit Parkettboden und Stuck. Wir haben einen großen Balkon, auf dem wir ein paar Kräuter und Blumen anpflanzen und zusätzlich einen lauschigen Garten mit einem großem Walnussbaum, wo es erstaunlich ruhig ist, dafür, dass man mitten in Leipzig ist. Neben dem Badezimmer mit Badewanne gibt es noch einen Raum mit extra Klo, so dass man sich auch bei vier Leuten nicht in die Quere kommt. Neben der Küche gibt es sogar noch ein kleines Esszimmer, in dem gerade noch ein Klavier drinne steht, dessen Zukunft aber noch ungewiss ist.
In our shared apartment, there's a feeling of change in the air. Starting May 1st, two rooms will be available.
Room number one is the largest bedroom in the flat. Very bright, it will offer its light and show off its beautiful ceiling mouldings to whoever wants to adopt it. It's 20 square meters and costs around 400 euros.
The second room is 18 square meters, with beautiful windows letting in the sunlight, and it costs approximately 380 euros. Luise would be happy if the loft bed is taken over, but it's not mandatory.
(The prices might change a bit (hopefully downwards) as we'll likely renew electricity and internet contracts.)
Both rooms are in a beautiful old apartment with parquet flooring and stucco. We have a large balcony where we can plant some herbs and flowers, and additionally, a cozy garden with a large walnut tree where it's surprisingly quiet, considering we're in the middle of Leipzig.
In addition to the bathroom with a bathtub, there's also a separate room with an extra toilet, so even with four people, there's no crowding. Besides the kitchen, there's even a small dining room, currently housing a piano whose future is still uncertain.
Das Haus liegt in einer ruhigen Allee und man ist innerhalb von wenigen Minuten zu Fuß bei Rewe, Aldi oder Kaufland und nur 5 min Fußweg entfernt fährt die Tram 4 und der Bus 60 und 70. Der Friedenspark, der Botanische Garten und der Lene-Voigt-Park sind auch direkt in der Nähe, sodass man für Ostverhältnisse viel Grün zur Auswahl hat.
The house is located on a quiet avenue, and within a few minutes' walk, you can reach Rewe, Aldi, or Kaufland. Just a 5-minute walk away, you'll find Tram 4 and Bus 60 and 70 stops. The Friedenspark, the Botanical Garden, and the Lene-Voigt-Park are also nearby, providing plenty of green spaces to choose from, which is quite remarkable for the eastern part of the city.
Unsere Wg besteht noch aus: Alexis, Johanna, Luise und Nikita. Wir sind zwischen 26 und 32 Jahre alt und irgendwo zwischen Studium, Arbeit und auf der Suche. Leider verlassen uns Nikita und Luise in Richtung Leipziger Westen, also sind wir auf der Suche nach neuen Mitbewohnis.
Wir haben Lust gemeinschaftlich zusammen zu wohnen. Zwar sind wir auch mal viel unterwegs oder brauchen unseren Raum, aber freuen uns immer sehr sich mal früh, mal spät in der Küche, auf dem Balkon oder sonste wo zu sehen, Gemüse aus der Kiste zu verwursten, rumzubiemern, an die Seen zu düsen, oder zu gucken was gerade noch so in Leipzig los ist.
Our shared apartment still consists of: Alexis, Johanna, Luise, and Nikita. We're between 26 and 32 years old, somewhere between studying, working, and searching. Unfortunately, Nikita and Luise are leaving us towards the west of Leipzig, so we're looking for new roommates.
We would like to live together as a community. While we're sometimes out and about or need our space, we always enjoy meeting in the kitchen, on the balcony, or elsewhere, whether it's early or late, to cook veggies from the box, watch something on the beamer, head to the lakes, or see what's happening in Leipzig.
