The room is fairly spacious. The picture looks more cramped than it actually is because of the mess.
All ammenities are available in the appartment. I am leaving due to medical reasons, which is the reason I could be coming back in april.
The location is very nice with a REWE and ALDI in walking distance and easy acces to the tram line 4 and bus lines 60 and 70.
The two roomates are nice and talkative. One is from Spain. He speaks mostly english and spanish with a little bit of german. The other is from the netherlands. He also speaks spanish and a bit less english but speaks german nicely.
I will be leaving some furniture including a couple of desks, a bed, a small table, a sofa and a couple of shelves.
Das Zimmer ist recht geräumig. Das Bild wirkt aufgrund der Unordnung beengter, als es tatsächlich ist.
Alle Annehmlichkeiten sind in der Wohnung vorhanden. Ich reise aus medizinischen Gründen ab, weshalb ich möglicherweise im April zurückkomme.
Die Lage ist sehr schön, mit REWE und ALDI in fußläufiger Entfernung und guter Anbindung an die Straßenbahnlinie 4 und die Buslinien 60 und 70.
Die beiden Mitbewohner sind nett und gesprächig. Einer kommt aus Spanien. Er spricht hauptsächlich Englisch und Spanisch mit ein wenig Deutsch. Der andere kommt aus den Niederlanden. Er spricht auch Spanisch und etwas weniger Englisch, spricht aber gut Deutsch.
Ich werde einige Möbel zurücklassen, darunter ein paar Schreibtische, ein Bett, einen kleinen Tisch, ein Sofa und ein paar Regale.
