Unsere Wohnung hat 3 Zimmer plus Küche und Bad. Die Küche ist voll ausgestattet und wir habe sogar eine Mikrowelle und Spülmaschine. Das Bad hat ein Tageslichtfenster und ein Badewanne.
Dein Zimmer wäre das kleinste in der Wohnung, ist aber mit etwas Einrichtungsgeschick gar nicht so klein und überzeugt absolut durch Preis und Lage. Es ist quadratisch geschnitten und das große Fenster geht nach Osten zu einem ruhigen Hinterhof raus und wenn du noch zusätzlich etwas Stauraum brauchst kannst du gerne das Regal im Flur mitbenutzen.
Our apartment has 3 rooms plus a kitchen and bathroom. The kitchen is fully equipped and we even have a microwave and dishwasher. The bathroom has a window and a bathtub.
Your room would be the smallest in the apartment, but with a little interior design skills it isn't that small
It is square shaped and the large window faces east to a quiet backyard and if you need some additional storage space you are welcome to use the shelf in the hallway.
Unsere Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße nur 1 Minute Fußweg von der Straßenbahnhaltestelle Gerichtsweg (Tram 4 und 7) entfernt. Fußläufig sind sowohl Rewe, Netto, Konsum sowie Kaufland easy zu erreichen, auch der Lene Voigt Park ist nicht weit. Zudem gibt es einen abschließbaren Fahrradschuppen im Hinterhof und auch ein eigenes Kellerabteil. Zum Hauptcampus sind es 5 Minuten mit der Bahn und 10 mit dem Rad auch das GWZ ist in 15 Minuten mit dem Rad zu erreichen. Falls du pendeln solltest ist der HBF in unter 10 Minuten mit der Tram erreichbar.
Our apartment is located in a quiet side street, just a 1-minute walk from Gerichtsweg tram stop (trams 4 and 7). Rewe, Netto, Konsum and Kaufland are all within walking distance and the Lene Voigt Park is not far either. There is also a bicycle shed in the backyard and a separate cellar compartment for more storage. It's 5 minutes by train to the main campus and 10 minutes by bike. The GWZ/Albi can also be reached in 15 minutes by bike. If you commute, the main station can be reached in under 10 minutes by tram.
Wir sind Anne-Marie und Mia. Anne-Marie sitzt gerade fleißig an ihrer Masterarbeit und Mia ist im Master Kulturwissenschaften.Gerne machen wir mal einen Spaziergang zusammen oder quatschen in der Küche. Wir essen vegetarisch und vegan.
Wir sind beide (politisch) aktiv neben/in der Uni und auch sonst sehr eingespannt, daher betrachten wir unsere WG also eher als einen ruhigen Rückzugsort, als eine Partyhochburg. Gegen ein gelegentliches Beisammensein mit Freunden in der WG ist aber natürlich nichts einzuwenden. Wir suchen im Moment explizit nach einer Mitbewohnerin. Wir freuen uns dich kennen zu lernen. Für uns ist selbstverständlich, dass jede Form von: Rassismus, Antisemitismus, Faschismus und Diskriminierung bei uns KEINEN Platz findet.
We are Anne-Marie and Mia. Anne-Marie is currently busy working on her master's thesis and Mia is doing her master's degree in cultural studies. We like to go for a walk together or chat in the kitchen. We eat vegetarian and vegan.
We are both (politically) active and are quiet busy, so we see our shared apartment as more of a quiet retreat than a party hotspot. Of course, there is nothing wrong with occasionally getting together with friends in the apartment. We are currently specifically looking for a FLINTA* roommate. For us it goes without saying that any form of: racism, anti-Semitism, fascism and discrimination has NO place here.
