Since I will be away for a few months I'm sub-renting my room.
The flat has pretty much anything one needs, a dishwasher, washing machine, stove, sink, microwave, vacuum cleaner, 50/10M internet connection (wired and wireless).
In my room there's also a computer, amp, printer, guitar with an amp so you can use them as well.
The flat is located next to the Lene-Voigt park, 15 minutes walking from the city center. Two tram stations can be reached in a few minutes.
Around the house are many supermarkets (Penny, Konsum, Rewe, Kaufland, Netto), all of them at a distance of 600-800 meters.
There's also quite a few bars, and alternative spaces not so far.
The other three guys come from Germany, Brazil and Croatia, most of the time you would meet them in the kitchen.
