Klein aber fein - tiny but homey

Die Wohnung liegt zwischen Ostplatz und Lene-Voigt-Park und ist damit sehr zentral gelegen. Vom Ostplatz fahren viele Busse und Bahnen, außerdem ist der schöne Friedenspark mit seinen alten, riesigen Bäumen direkt nebenan. Vor kurzer Zeit hat bei uns gegenüber ein Unverpackt-Laden geöffnet, bald wird ein Café in denselben Räumlichkeiten aufmachen. Außerdem gibt es ebenfalls direkt gegenüber einen Späti und ein paar Schritte entfernt einen kleinen Bäcker.
Reudnitz ist super gelegen, denn man kommt schnell überall hin: Auf die Eisenbahnstraße, nach Connewitz, in die Bibliothek, an die Uni. In unserem Haus wohnen viele WGs und der Umgang ist freundlich und offen. Auch unsere Hausverwaltung ist sehr entspannt, was das Mietverhältnis noch angenehmer macht.

The apartment is located between Ostplatz and Lene-Voigt-Park and very central. Lots of busses and trams leave from Ostplatz, and the beautiful Friedenspark with its old and huge trees is just nextdoor. Recently, a shop with unpacked products opened on the opposite side of Josephinenstraße, soon there will be a cafe in the same premises. Furthermore, there is a late night sales and a little, local bakery just a few steps from the front door.
Reudnitz has an ideal situation, you get to many places in very short time: Eisenbahnstraße, Connewitz, the library and university are close. In our house there are many student shared flats and the dealings with each other are friendly. Also, the administration of our apartment is very relaxed and friendly what makes the lease even more comfortable.

Bei uns wohnt weiterhin Marie, die ihren Master in Politikwissenschaft macht. Sie trinkt gerne Tee, redet über Politik, kocht und backt gerne oder näht und strickt.
Haruna verbringt viel Zeit im Japanischen Haus, arbeitet als Köchin und würde gerne ihr eigenes japanisches Restaurant aufmachen.
Außerdem suchen wir für Mitte März noch für ein weiteres größeres Zimmer. Wir können das Zusammenleben dann also auch neu gestalten.


Wir sind eine ruhige und entspannte Truppe und sehen die Wohnung eher als Rückzugort und weniger als Partylocation. Wenn Du ab und an Lust auf einen Plausch in der Küche hast, Dich aber auch manchmal zurückziehen möchtest, bist Du bei uns genau richtig. :)

Marie will stay in our beautiful flat: She's doing her Masters in political science. She likes to have a cup of tea and chat about politics, cook and bake or knit and sew. Haruna spends lots of time in the Japanese House, works as a cook and would like to open her own Japanese restaurant.
Also we are renting out another room starting from mid march. So we can all together see how we would like to live together.

We are a relaxed and laid-back crew and see our flat as a safe haven, not as a party location. If you like having a chat in the kitchen and relaxing in peace every now and then, we could be a good option for you. :)

Bitte schreibt uns direkt über WG-gesucht. Es wäre schön, direkt etwas über Euch zu erfahren, also schreibt gerne ein paar Zeilen. Das Zimmer ist ab Anfang zu beziehen, das genaue Datum können wir gerne gemeinsam besprechen.
