Hey ihr Lieben,
Ich werde mein Zimmer für 4 Monate untervermieten, da ich auf einem Forschungsaustausch bin, und suche eine(n) NachmieterIn 🙂 Unsere Wohnung besteht aus 2 Schlafzimmern, einem Wohnzimmer, einer Küche, ein Balkon, einem Bad und einem Flur. Das Zimmer ist sehr geräumig, hell und sehr wohnlich eingerichtet. Die Sonne ist immer am Nachmittag in der Wohnung und sorgt somit für viel gute Laune. Die Möbel, die Du auf den Fotos sehen kannst, werde ich für die Zeit in der Wohnung lassen - es gibt einen Kleiderschrank, ein Bett, Kommoden und einen Schreibtisch. Es gibt viele Pflanzen im Zimmer und in der Wohnung. Die Küche und das Bad sind sehr gut ausgestattet (Dusche, Badewanne, Herd, Geschirrspüler, Waschmaschine). Es fehlen eigentlich nur noch Du und Deine persönlichen Sachen 😊.

I will be subletting my room for 4 months as I am away on a research exchange. The months are from end May to end September but the dates are definitely flexible 😊 Our apartment consists of 2 bedrooms, a living room, a kitchen, a balcony, a bathroom and a hallway. Your room is very spacious, bright and very homely furnished. It also receives a lot of sunlight in the afternoon, perfect for a good, cheerful mood. I will leave the furniture that you can see in the photos in the room. There is a wardrobe, a bed, chests of drawers and a writing table. There are also plenty of plants in the room and apartment to keep you company. The kitchen and bathroom are also very well equipped. Actually, the only thing missing is you and your personal belongings 😊
Die Wohnung liegt in Schleussig, in der Nähe des Waldes und des Clara Zektin Parks. Sie ist super zu erreichen, da Bus und Bahn direkt vor der Tür halten (1, 2, 74 etc.). In unmittelbarer Nähe befinden sich zahlreiche Geschäfte, Bäcker, Spätis, Parks und Wandermöglichkeiten.
The apartment is located in Schleussig, next to the forest and Clara Zektin park. It is easy to reach, since bus and train stop directly in front of the door (1, 2, 74 etc.). In the immediate vicinity are numerous shops, bakers, Spätis, parks and walking opportunities.
Deine zukünftige Mitbewohnerin ist Andrea. Sie ist ein sehr offener und herzlicher Mensch. Sie hat immer Zeit für Gespräche, Spaziergänge, Kochabende und ein Glas Wein und würde sich daher über ein harmonisches Zusammenleben freuen - aber am besten lernst Du sie einfach persönlich kennen. Dann ist da noch unser pelziger Freund Rugani. Er ist ein so ruhiger und stiller Hund, dass Du ihn kaum bemerken wirst 😊.
Your future flatmate is Andrea. She is a very open and warm person. She always has time for conversations, walks, cooking evenings and wine and would therefore be happy about a harmonious living together - but just get to know her personally. There is also our furry friend, Rugani. He is such a calm and quiet dog, you will barely notice him. 😊
